Reception was v.good, v. helpful. 1st room had no TV, so they moved us to another room.Area was really nice, close to downtown, restaurants, bars, and shopping. Close too 2 hop on, off bus stops.

Hotel in need of a full renovation. The TV never worked in the first room, so they moved me to a new one, but this one had a problem with a leak in the sink which flooded the entire bathroom. They managed to solve the problem at the end.

Real good facility in Santiago down
With the comfortable stay at Four ponits, first visit to Chile makes me come again soon by top priority
There are numerous nice restaurants near the hotel which give me another reason to comeback!

Food wasn’t so good. Wouldn’t allow access for dinner because they were having a comedy show Friday night. Finally someone let me in

The property was cleaned and well-maintained. The room I had the first night, was on the second floor. There was a lot of noise coming from the street. Fortunately, I had originally requested, through my reservation, a quiet room. Therefore, the next day I was switched to a room on a higher floor and away from the noise.
On the minus side, the hotel charges taxes to foreigners. I found this quite unpleasant, since I was not charge such a property tax in other hotel in Santiago.

Comfortable hotel in the centre of STC. Very friendly staff and comfy beds.
For a four star hotel, I was however very disappointed of major elements:
- the AC in the room is extremely loud;
- the gym is very small: you cannot even stretch your legs or use the Swiss balls in it;
- my room being above the gym, I was very upset to be woken up at 6am by the noise of someone running on the treadmill.

The room was clean and staff was helpful , but when I checked in a copy of my passport was made . I had a copy of my vacation card in the passport. When the copy was made the vaccination card fell from inside the passport. When I got to my room . I saw the card was gone . I went back to the front desk and asked if they had found my card . The personal looked and yes they had found it . What was disappointing was that the front desk didn’t call me to tell me that they had found my card .

Good experience overall, great breakfast and helpful staff. Condition of property needs detail in updates. I expected more care to bathroom and paint.

It’s a very good hotel. The location is more than excellent. In the middle of every thing around. It is beautiful the room is clean. The staff is very helpful.
