I loved this hotel! I was surprise how nice was the hotel and the room was big. I was definitely not expecting a full kitchen. It was nice to have, even thought I didn’t use it, it was nice to have the option.

We had issues checking in the digital credit card would go through. Then we had to cancel the reservation with Expedia so the could check us in.
At 10:30 pm we tried to go to our room the key wouldn’t work 4 times up and down in the elevator, finally they went to try to move us room but they were sold out. It was extremely frustrating all the way around. The staff didn’t really go above and beyond to fix the problems.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. But still took 30 minutes to check in apparently the Expedia negotiated rate was too high and the hotel clerk couldn’t get the Expedia credit card to go through. Very frustrating Expedia had already billed my c.c. But they had not paid the hotel.

Refrigerator was bad smell.

My biggest issue is that i was contacted 2 hours prior to check in, while traveling to the location, and informed that the room i requested was no longer available. I was not told why it was no longer available. I was offered a room i passed on when booking my stay. I had little choice but to accept the room that was offered.

Lovely staff and easy location. I’m traveling with my dog and there is plenty of places to walk him around outside.

Upon my arrival, I was treated very kindly and the staff was so hospitable. This morning, different staff, different tone. I wanted to extend my stay for one more night but was treated ever so rudely for even attempting. While I was trying to decide if I was going to extend my stay, I was simply confirming that my late checkout request was still being honored. Who I spoke with (the assistant manager) verbatim said “have you looked outside? The weather is too bad for housekeepers to show up and we’re understaffed” … kind of a rude way to speak to someone in the HOSPITALITY business. Then when I was trying to rebook the same associate (assistant manager) was extremely rude and made it very difficult so I decided to just check out. I know that my personal affairs shouldn’t matter while staying in a hotel, but the only reason I booked this stay was because I was just diagnosed with a terminal disease, had a friend purchase me a gift card, and I booked just for a little getaway and to have a tub because I’m in so much pain. I cannot believe I was treated like a nuisance. The assistant manager for this property shouldn’t be doing anything other than assisting herself a different career because hospitality is most certainly not her strong suit.

Room was great! It was clean and comfortable. Only small amounts of green space around for “pet areas.” To be noted, the pet fee listed on Expedia is wrong. It is really $75 just so other pet owners know!

Loved our room! Very clean and well maintained, loved the staff as well. Everyone we spoke to was very kind and smiley. The snack shop was wonderful! And the atmosphere in the lobby was fantastic. Anything you might have needed was sitting in our room so we didn't want for anything. Overall fantastic stay and we'll be returning again.

Front desk staff -wonderful and kind! I was on a road trip from Colorado to Charleston with a pet. Rooms are new, clean, and spacious. Very dog friendly. Free washer/dryer. Clean, new, and well laid out. Great find in that price range.

Missed a call from a Columbia TN phone number during lunch a few hours prior to check in!!! They didn’t leave a voicemail. I returned the call, staff said that they couldn’t accommodate my two queen bed room. A FEW HOURS prior to check in!!!! We were upgraded to a suite with a king size bed and sofa bed that was the most uncomfortable bed in the world.. disappointing that there was no confirmation sooner so that I could find another hotel with two queen beds.

Facilities and room were in pristine condition and enjoy staying here. Was very disappointed that advertised pet fee ($50) was not only wrong (actually $75), but I was charged another $14 in taxes/fees for the pet fee. Would not consider staying again with so many hidden fees.
