The room was available around 5pm although the check-on should be 4pm.

We spent our honeymoon here!! It was an overall great experience. Bed was slightly uncomfortable but we had our own pillows so it worked out just fine! Slept without issue. Most of our time was spent on trails so we werent there too much.
Would book here again and bring friends

The room was huge and fantastic. Band or dj at Fire and Ice stopped playing @ 9pm. Room was very clean and quiet and appreciated that it had AC, because I like it cold when I sleep.

It's my third time staying here, and it's been a great place to stay right there on the strip.

Great location. Everything you need is right here for your stay. Fire and Ice restaurant is fresh and excellent, with lots of menu choices. The casino is a 5 min easy walk and the gondola was steps from our room.
Rooms are absolutely beautiful with comfortable beds and tastefully decorated. A+ for the whole trip.

Pretty good stay. A bit loud and busy with small children but it's a family resort so what do you expect. Next time I think we'll do something a little higher end with higher ratio of adults to children. Would be really nice if Tahoe offered some adult only resorts. Staff was great and accommodating though.

Location was very convenient. Room wasn’t ready by check in. They have valet parking only so if you don’t want a long wait for the car during check out, the. You’ll need to check out earlier than 10am.

I did not like their housekeeping rules
At checking you are informed that you get houseif you request it
Our room was scheduled for a tidy as they called it and I asked for sheets towels and coffee replenish but what I got was coffee and sheets that I have to place on the beds and no towels or clean up

Conveniently located. Way overpriced for one of our nights. Customer service was hit and miss. Some went above, others couldn’t give a hoot. Wouldn’t overpay like that again.

I liked my stay. Only issue was my key did not work, with 3 kids with me i had all our stuff and key doesnt work. Went downstairs gave us a new room and key did not work again. I was saddened by this experience. Can you please fix the door so it can read the cards. The beginning sets the mood and journey forbthenrest of the trip and moving to 3 rooms with all my kids is not fun or enjoyable

Didn’t like that there was no continental breakfast and the hot tub had a hard 10pm closure! Silly complaints I know - everything else was top notch - location, cleanliness and staff! I would stay here again!
