The room was good. Thursday night the fire alarm went off three times in the middle of the night. First alarm required me to leave my room and evacuate outside. It was very cold. It was a false alarm and all was cleared. Then at 4:30 am and 7:45 am the alarm went off again for less than a minute. None the less enough to wake me up. Crappy night.

The stay was ok, place is clean and breakfast is served. Unfortunately our night was interrupted by a faulty carbon monoxide alarm, first at 12 am, second at 2 am and again at 7 am. The night was restless, not ideal after 12 hours of driving, and we were poorly informed of the actual situation. Concerned of mine and my SO’s safety at this location was questioned.

We had a really nice comfortable stay at the Block hotel. Independently owned cute decor to hang out in the foyer and the rooms very comfortable and clean. Breakfast bar included with all you need and tea/coffee as you desire. Staff were friendly helpful and I wld absolutely recommend this over the other "chains" if you need a good base in Bentonville to explore downtown and all the other museums galleries etc!

Not all rooms are updated, so if you pay for the cheaper rooms, you're getting an old room that looks nothing like the pictures. You don't know until you go to check in, definitely a huge disappointment. Won't stay again at the prices for old, really small rooms that aren't what's being shown

Looks like they are trying to improve p.ace was nice got what I expected. Only bad thing was pillows were to hard for my liking but that not always a bad thing. Clean people were nice and exp, aimed everything. I got more then expected. Only draw back can't get around durning rush hour location on main strip but very quiet place to stay and close to everything for you and family.

Came for a bday concert a for my daughter and she loved the room, the big mirror and the comfortable space for us. The lounge/lobby was super inviting and smelled great when we arrived. We will be staying here again.

friendly and efficient staff, excellent breakfast, comfortable room. the only drawback was the guest in the next room kept a TV on, loudly, through most of the night, which made it hard to sleep.

I really liked the check-in which consisted of a text to my phone with a code to my room number. Made my late check-in very simple. We booked a standard deluxe suite and were placed in a standard double handicap accessible room. The room was very outdated. No counter in the bathroom just a free standing sink, cracks in the floor tile, wires hanging from the wall mounted tv. The room pictures advertised are misleading. I understand they are currently renovating, but until completed they should let customers know not all rooms have been renovated. Their front desk was not helpful, I was asked if I was sure the room had two beds instead of one standard queen bed and the manager did not seem concerned with our overall experience.

Place was under renovation but you could tell most of it was still very old. I never had house keeping stop in for the 4 days I was there

Very pleased with the room. It was clean, beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay and would book here if ever visiting Bentonville again. Especially liked that it was right next to a Starbucks.

Newly renovated hotel. Excellent little gem. Excellent customer service. Rooms are nice and updated. My only concern is the air conditioning. The units are loud and don’t completely keep the room cool. Otherwise a perfect hide away! Bike racks in the room are a definite plus.

It's a newly remodeled property that’s clean and quiet with access to lots of dining and shopping. They send you a form to fill out through text before you arrive, which allows you to check in. I liked the keyless entry, a pin and your room number are included in a welcome text after you talk to the front desk. The room was nice, big TV on the wall, plenty of lighting, and good water pressure. My only caveat is, if you’re going to present yourself as a nice quality establishment, please PLEASE consider supplying better toilet paper.

The Block's location was so convenient. It was clean & comfortable & the decor was BEAUTIFUL. We will definitely stay again.

Staff was nice. Location was not central but seemed safe. Air conditioning kicked on and off all night and was extremely loud. Hotel accepts pets which became a problem when neighbor’s dog barked for 30 minutes straight one early morning. Breakfast seemed good. Overall, it was middle of the road. Rooms seemed very porous in terms of sound.
