The room was beautiful.. me and my man enjoyed our stay! I will definitely be returning

Nice hotel, comfortable beds. Breakfast was good and so was the coffee. The kids enjoyed the pool. All of the workers were so nice too.

The room was pretty nice. But the window had the driveway lights of the front of the hotel shining in with only a thin shade. Ended up covering the window at midnight with the extra comforter. Not much sleep. If there was another shade, I couldn’t find one. Definitely no curtains.

I’m so glad we picked this hotel. In a college town you never know what you’re going to get. The breakfast far exceeded expectations. I’d stay here again if we ever drive back through East Lansing. We had a lot of choices and I’m glad we chose this hotel. The gal who was working on breakfast was working hard to make sure everything was above grade and she was a pleasure!

I’m so glad we picked this hotel. In a college town you never know what you’re going to get. The breakfast far exceeded expectations. I’d stay here again if we ever drive back through East Lansing. The conditions of the room was poor. There was mildew in the corners of the tub. The tub drained extremely slow. The floor at the entrance was sticky. The fridge didn’t work, however the staff was very prompt in getting a working one into the room. There was no coffee maker in the room and the HVAC system was an older model that had no fan setting to circulate the stale air. Breakfast was limited in selection but tasted okay. Staff were extremely polite and friendly. Over priced for the quality of the stay.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Every employee that I spoke to was very helpful and friendly, the hotel was clean, and we had everything we needed.
I want to call out Sheila, the lady who does the breakfast. She was absolutely amazing. Very funny, very helpful, even when she asked to cut my hair to make a weave!

The Breakfast was good and the Kitchen personnel was very nice. The linen was wrinkled in the bed. The shower was rusted around the handles in the shower and the tub was dirty. The TV screen was blackout and only the program could be heard. The front desk attendant would not accommodate us with a new TV or a new room. The General Manager lied about being the General Manager so she did not have to deal with us or the fact that we went without a TV all night long and in the morning.

There was a problem with the sink drain in my room and after being moved to a new room, there was an issue with the television. But the staff rectified both situations in a timely manner. Also the continental breakfast person was outstanding in every aspect. That’s why the 5 stars for the staff and service. Nice job ladies. Thank you.

Amazing staff and clean comfortable rooms. Breakfast was great and the hostess made us feel like we were at home. It is our go to place to stay.

The rooms were clean. Breakfast was great. The lady is wonderful especially buying something for a lady celebrating her birthday with her family. The check in process was a problem. I prepaid through Expedia and she had a problem assigning me a room.

Nice place. The breakfast was very, very good. The rum was nice. The staff was courteous. The breakfast lady was extremely friendly. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
