The room was really nice, didn’t know I reserved a suite, or upgraded to one, but was a nice surprise. My only complaint was the smell not real bad but noticeable, guess just an older smell, and the view was gone due to the new construction that they are adding, so not much can be done about that. All and all the stay was great and would stay again in the future. The location was great, close to everything

It's right on the main strip in Pigeon Forge. I was in town for a family event but stayed at the lodge by myself. The room was lovely. The pool is amazing! Water slide, and it's open till 1:00 a.m. My king size bed was comfortable, and the jacuzzi tub in my room was fantastic! The staff was super welcoming. There is construction going on however it did not impact my staying on the weekend. Also the venue over communicated the fact that they had construction so it would not be a surprise. The price for the room versus the value was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I was in town celebrating our Wedding Anniversary when our first room at a different location got canceled due to overbooking. Hotels.com stepped in right away to find accommodations. Comfort Inn & Suites was nothing but amazing. From the friendly staff right on down to the cleanliness. Thank you for making our day stress-free.

Grand doesn’t quite make it in this hotel’s name. If funky smells, sand paper towels, cheap mattresses, and questionable stains on carpets do not bother you, these rooms will do. The main floor of this hotel tricks you. The welcome area is well maintained and updated but that’s where it ends. The pool is the only saving grace of this hotel. It is well heated and super fun for all ages. Each unit has a balcony but the traffic noise will wake the lightest of sleepers if they aren’t already awake because of the rickety mattress on a metal unstable frame. Everytime my son moved the bed creaked loudly. My son cut his leg twice on a piece of the cheap metal frame. The hallways are very dirty and storage to old couches that should have been moved to better resting grounds. For the thought of bed bugs did enter my mind. Knowing I will never get the smell out of my nose until our clothes and luggage is fumigated is making me question the origination of it. We left a day earlier due to the lack of sleep from accommodations listed. We never even tried the restaurant attached because well if the hotel is ran so poorly, can you imagine how the food could be? Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else!!!

Hallways had an awful smell but the room was clean. Hotel was doing some remodeling.

Þhis hotel is the worst. There was no sleeping because the room was by the street and not at all sound-proof. Locals with small cars that are souped up to make loud sounds and popping noises cruise this street, Parkway, until 2 a.m. every night. I tried to get a different room, but the first said they were full, then they had rooms, but id have to contact hotels.com and have them call the desk. All the while putting off telling me that. Until finally saying they got the call, but it was too late to switch, unless i wanted to pay for another room. It was a rip-off. Also, hotels.com charged 55 dollars for using them to book 2 nights. Shouldnt they get their kick back from the hotel, not the individual? I wont use either of them again. By the way, the in-room fireplace didnt work, neither did the heat lamp in the bathroom, and we had to have maintenance come reprogram the tv. The place is run down. Save your money.

Every staff member we came across was polite and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bathroom was a nice size. The balcony was very nice with a beautiful view of the strip and The Island at night. Close to most attractions. The indoor pool and waterslide were wonderful, pool is heated and was exceptionally clean. There was construction here but did not disturb our stay in any way. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff was friendly, but the room was very outdated with rust and stains in the bathroom. There is NO free breakfast! You get a voucher to visit the place next door and it is only for 2. We were a family of 4. Also, when we arrived to claim our breakfast we were 1 minute late and they were serving brunch. She said we could come back for dinner and get that free lol It was really NOT WORTH it. False advertising. Just know the details...there are lots of disclaimers. I never complained, but someone was smoking cigars and cigarettes in the hall lol SO NASTY

Room was decent but carpet was pretty stained up. The bed seemed very low quality.

Check in was a breeze. The room was semi-updated and mostly clean. The beds are comfortable, but the pillows suck. The AC unit is a “sometimes” unit. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. The mini fridge didn’t work, but the freezer did and for us that was fine. The jacuzzi tub was surprisingly clean and, while the metal components (like the drain plug and overflow) were worn and oxidized, it was a great addition. The only major issues I had was with one of the elevators not working properly, but they were fixing that shortly after we noticed the issue. The other major problem I saw was that the “free breakfast” is only free for 2 people and not located in the hotel, it’s next door at the Wood Grill. It’s obvious that they are trying very hard to make everyone’s stay as good as possible.

The room was clean and we had no issues. For the price, I feel it needs some upgrades. Honestly, the cheaper hotels with breakfast is better to us. The buffet breakfast was not good and we had to pay extra for it. We had a good trip but won’t be coming back to this place. Thank youuu!!

Run down, dirty, disgusting property. Unfortunately we arrived late and were too tired to look for something else. The ratings are fake. Stay away!

Stay way perfect other than property needed some updates. Room was roomy and clean. I would stay again.

We spent a few days resting and relaxing. Nothing spectacular here. Just plain hotel rooms even with jetted hot tub, just average.

My room wasn’t the cleanest and my TV wasn’t working. Not to mention the staff wasn’t to friendly

The beds were too small. Booked 2 queens and they looked like full, was told they are “hotel queens” so not actually queens. They gave us coupons for breakfast and the workers at the breakfast buffet said we couldn’t eat there without paying even tho we were staying there. We went back to the front desk and the girls didn’t care. When we ate dinner at the attached buffet it was $115 for our family of 4 and it was all dried out and crusty food. Waste of money. The hotel doesn’t even look open because there’s so much construction. The workers didn’t care about anything we said and looked like we were bothering them. Zero stars, would not recommend!

The hotel was nice but things in the room were old and damaged. The lamp was torn and old looking. The plug in the wall had duck tape on it. The AC unit cover miss broken off. I saw two roaches one was in the bathroom and the other on the ceiling above the tv. Just about none of the arcade games worked or the claw machines.The carpet in the hallway was very dirty and there was an smell in the hallway even the rooms. The staffing was excellent especially the front desk. The room was cleaned very well, but the room needs some updating.
