This architecturally impressive residence seamlessly combines modern luxury with comfort, offering a perfect retreat for relaxation and rejuvenation. Inside, you'll find beautifully furnished rooms, including a cosy living area, a contemporary kitchen and cinema room. There are six bedrooms available that are split across all three floors and are designed for restful nights. The main bedroom is found on the lower ground floor and comprises a luxury suite with a sumptuous super-king-size bed, French doors that lead out to the veranda with views over the rolling garden, a dressing area with plenty of storage and a beautiful en-suite with bath and shower. Two further bedrooms are on this floor, one boasting a super-king-size bed with an ensuite bath and shower room and the other, a double-size bed with ensuite shower room. Both have French doors that lead out to the garden. There is also your very own cinema room with a 4K projector, sound system and integrated lighting for the real movie experience. On the ground floor, you are welcomed into a light and bright reception hall with floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the interior with natural light and offer breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. From here, you can head to the living room that has comfy sofas, a 50-inch Smart television with streaming services and direct access to the glorious sun terrace through the bi-fold doors. The exceptional open-plan kitchen/dining area is every budding chef’s dream. The bespoke kitchen is fully integrated with quality appliances including a triple oven, induction hob, dishwasher, and large fridge freezer. All of this is centred around the extensive breakfast island and large dining table making this a great space to all come together. You can also enjoy your meals alfresco on the south-facing sun terrace. A handy boot room is situated just off the kitchen and hosts laundry facilities and plenty of additional storage including a walk-in pantry. There is also a lovely double-size bedroom on this floor with use of a rainforest shower room. The final two suites are on the upper floor and are accessed via a curved oak staircase to a gallery landing that has dual-aspect floor-to-ceiling windows. The first bedroom is uniquely designed and boasts a super-king size bed with a vaulted ceiling and gable end window, as well as a Velux balcony window where you can enjoy the spectacular views of the garden and fields beyond. You also have a built-in wardrobe and an en-suite shower room. The final bedroom also offers a super-king bed, gable end window with stunning views and an en-suite bath and shower room and separate dressing area upon entrance.  The outside space perfectly complements a luxury countryside getaway. Situated on 2.5 acres of stunning gardens, this property boasts a rolling landscaped lawn surrounded by mature trees. At the bottom of the garden, you'll find a private swimming lake for a refreshing dip, along with a charming woodland walk to meander through. The expansive south-facing balcony with glass railings is ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktails.
