› Check-in: 4:00 PM.
› Check-out: 11:00 AM.
› An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.
TV's: All of our TV's are Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.
LANDSCAPING: Landscaping service comes once a week usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning so don't be alarmed.
POOL CLEANING: Pool cleaning company comes twice a week usually on Tuesdays and Fridays in the morning so don't be alarmed.
POOL: Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owners will not be held liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries.
GARBAGE (located in back alley): The city of Hollywood removes garbage every Monday and Thursday morning. We provide three garbage bins in the back alley of the house.
PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. We would therefore to treat the neighbors as you would treat your own neighbors.
PARKING: Our driveway provides 3 spots for parking on N 16th ave. Parking on the grass or on sidewalks is strictly prohibited as per the city's regulations. You can park on Hollywood Blvrd.
PETS: Pets are allowed. If you would like to bring your pet, please let us know in your initial message to us.
HOSPITALITY SERVICES: We also offer a selection of concierge services available (yachts, nightclub reservations, exotic cars, dining reservations, and entertainment).
CAMERAS: These are placed outdoor only, outsourced to an external professional surveillance company solely to be used for security purposes and ensure the safety of the property and traveler.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS: The host isn’t responsible for any packages delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out.
BOAT AND YACHT CHARTERS: As we are hosting a lot of groups at our properties in Miami, we are able to offer preferred rates for our guests. If you’re interested in a boat or yacht rental, feel free to reach out so that we make sure you guys are in good hands.
