Looking for a quiet escape this holiday season? Rent one side of our charming duplex, Cedar. Accommodating up to 4, it is perfect for families, couples or solo travelers seeking a peaceful getaway. This private, quiet space has a kitchenette and a living area. Ideal for a holiday or winter retreat, this space offers all the comforts you need to relax and recharge, with cozy touches and a convenient location near Ephraim’s best spots. You can warm up near the firepit and take in the serene surroundings on a crisp winter night!

In Cedar, the kitchenette includes a sink, coffee maker, mini-fridge, microwave, and toaster oven/air fryer. Since it's one side of a duplex, there is a shared wall, and some noise can be heard between the two. There is a huge yard, where you can enjoy lawn games and a fire pit. If guests are staying in Pine (the other side of the duplex) or in the main house, the yard and fire pit will need to be shared.

Located in the heart of Ephraim, this studio apartment offers easy access to local treasures. Whether you’re savoring a sweet treat, watching a breathtaking sunset over the water, or exploring the charming village streets, you’ll find endless opportunities to create lasting memories during your winter escape. This Ephraim retreat is truly the perfect setting to celebrate the holidays.

Provided:
Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels are provided.
Please bring your own beach towels.

We do provide a starter pack of essentials which includes the following:
2-3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1-2 rolls of paper towels/unit, dish soap, hand soap and 2-3 garbage bags.

We also supply 1 set of travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap and makeup remover towels.

Due to health and safety guidelines all pantry items must be removed between guests. Please bring cooking essentials you might need such as cooking oil/spray, salt, pepper and other spices, sugar, etc.

Please bring your own firewood to enjoy the fire pit.

Guests will have access to Pine, parking and yard. If another family is staying in Cedar or the Main house, you'll share the yard, fire pit, lawn games and parking with the other guests.

We'll be available to you throughout the process. You'll have our phone number and email address and can communicate with us via text, phone or email.

You won't be able to find a better location in Door County! Within a 10-minute walk, enjoy Anderson's dock and the beautiful Eagle Harbor, the famous Wilson's ice cream parlor, delicious coffee, and food. If you want to grab that perfect souvenir before you leave, don't miss the great shops and galleries. Enjoy hiking, biking, and kayaking at Peninsula State Park, only 1.5 miles away. Spend the day tasting delicious Door County wines only a short drive away. Perfectly nestled between Fish Creek and Sister Bay, you'll want to come back again and again to explore all that Door County offers.

We have a camera located in the backyard that overlooks the parking and entire yard. This is on 24/7 and records audio and video and has motion detection. Any tampering with the camera will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given.
