Welcome to our hidden gem of a home in beautiful Arvada, CO. The house features 3 Bedrooms, 2 full Bathrooms, a 7 person hot tub, multiple outdoor zones including a fire pit and a turf relaxation area with views of the rockies peaking over your head, right in the private fenced-in backyard! The whole family will enjoy being minutes away from everything while enjoying this centrally-located Arvada home. A leisurely half-mile (12min) walk will deliver you to historic Old Town Arvada, where you can dine, shop and enjoy the sunny Colorado weather on the pedestrian-only walking street.
Drive just 10 minutes to The Highlands, or 15 minutes to Coors Field/RiNo/Red Rocks Amphitheater. You're also just 25 minutes to Boulder. Our home is perfect for groups, families with kids, business groups or even a unique couples getaway.
THE SPACE
There are 2 bedrooms upstairs: the larger room features a king bed with memory foam mattress, as well as an additional single daybed, while the other room has a queen bed. There's also 1 full bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower and double vanity. Downstairs you'll find another 1 queen bedroom and full bathroom.
The living room downstairs boasts a huge convertible, modular sofa with a 75" smart TV that is perfect for movie night including a mini-fridge and popcorn. We also have extra bedding, pillows, and a fold out bed located in the downstairs bedroom closet to convert the area into extra sleeping space - so bring your friends along!
The eat-in kitchen is equipped with LG stainless steel appliances. Coffee, tea, and snacks are provided. The kitchen leads into the dining room with seating for 8 and a picture window overlooking the mountains. Also off the kitchen is a huge patio area, with outdoor dining, multiple seating/lounge spaces, a hot tub, fire pit and more!
The house has a driveway, which can easily fit 2 cars, along with free on-street parking (no restrictions). There is also 1 gravel space right next to the driveway. The driveway is in front of the detached garage (to the right of the house when facing the house).
NOTES
We live in a quiet, working class, residential area, with neighbors who respect each others privacy and truly enjoy calling this place home. PLEASE respect our neighbors, as if you lived here too. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM.
A quick comment about damages: we get it - things happen - if there is any form of damage during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can prepare accordingly for our next guests to have a wonderful stay as well. Our cleaning team takes comprehensive photos and inventory after each stay, but we would greatly appreciate if you could tell us in advance if something breaks so we can address it ASAP.

Guests will have access to the entire home and yard. We will provide a 4 digit pin to enter the home.

Our cleaners clean and sanitize the home between stays. If there is a group checking out on the day of your arrival, to allow adequate time to clean the check in time will be 4:00 PM.
