This hotel was excellent- clean, comfortable, close to so many wonderful locations. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

My only criticism was that what sounded like a generator would turn on periodically. We could hear it in the bedroom even with the door closed. If we had stayed another night, we would have asked for a different room.
Other than that, everything was great. Friendly staff. Great view.

Perfect location in the heart of Downtown Vancouver. Walking distance to everything! Hotel rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND WELCOMING. IT IS CONVENIENTLY LOCATED FOR SHOPS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORT AND EASY WALKING DISTANCE FROM WATERFRONT AND STANLEY PARK

Safe and secure. Clean and modern. There was a fully functional kitchen, but it was light on cooking utensils and related amenities.

Had an amazing stay! Room was lovely and the staff were very helpful. Location was also amazing. The only issue we had was with finding the hotel and parking. Maps wouldn’t give a precise location and we were very confused about the parking situation. Staff helped explain to us and we got sorted out but I think having instructors when you book a room would be very helpful and avoid confusion!

What a lovely hotel, very clean quiet and comfortable. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Fantastic central location just a short walk from all the shops in Robson St. and there’s also a great supermarket Starbucks and The Keg steakhouse directly opposite. We even made use of the guest laundry and gym on Level 3

A clean and well appointed hotel suite located a block away from Robson street and close to good restaurants and shopping. Located within a 10 minute walk from the Canada Line City Centre train station so there was no need to take a taxi or rent a car at the airport. Very convenient Urban Fare grocery store located across the street to prepare your meals in a fully equipped kitchen. We were fortunate to be given a spacious suite on the 24th floor with a great view overlooking Robson street and English Bay.

Beautiful room and view and the lobby as well. Had a great stay, only complaint is the amount of dust that was in our room on the walls, lamps etc. And im allergic

All staff were really friendly and nice and special thanks to a staff who speaks Korean. My wife arrived early due to her flight schedule and should have checked in early and he helped her to do so with kindness. I was so grateful for all the help. The facilities were clean and everything was good.

I have been a frequent guest since 2002. Carmana is like a home in downtown Vancouver to me. It’s excessively clean and comfortable. The location is superb with all kinds of gourmet foods around nearby Robson Street. Carmana is a satisfaction and especially fit for median and long stays. Believe me. You won’t regret it!

Gorgeous apartment…we had a lovely 3-night stay and wish it were longer. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Apartment had everything we needed and nice city views…they even still do daily housekeeping although we didn’t need anything during our brief stay. Easy access to Robson St and the whole downtown area with no need to drive. As others have mentioned…parking garage has quite low ceiling so prob no big SUVs/Trucks. Would definitely stay here again.

I would strongly recommend the Carmana. Previous comments about the wifi are totally true, it's terrible and even if you have to reconnect daily, it's often not working and my friend ended up using all his monthly data because the wifi never worked.
But everything else was top. The apartment was spacious and nice. So comfortable and roomy. The checking in and out was simple and easy. I needed to check-in early and the staff was so accommodating. The turnover service was fine when asked.
I had lots of guests as a single person having fun and the staff was very comprehensive and helpful with the coming in and out. A+ service. Great great hotel.

We really enjoy staying at the Carmana. It’s in a great location near shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and the water. The rooms surprisingly only had trash bins, noting for recycling.
The kitchen is the big plus as we like to have breakfast in our room and bring in snacks for lighter meals.
