the cleaners are the most arrogant people and not friendly at all bcs they didnt had to clean we said no they still came in and then they were argueing that it was to dirty and i wanna explain in english and she said no only spanish like she just talked english

Perfect accommodation for a group of friends and very close to the beach. Certainly, next time we’ll stay here again.

Just one socket in the whole room. The room is very dark, lights are missing.

Very good location (5-7 min walk to the beach), nice rooms, quite good breakfast (was included to the price). Personal is always ready to help if u need it. My room was to the inner yard, so it was quite peaceful and quiet in the evening/night. Unfortunately, it was cold for swimming in the pool but it looked nice. Also every evening there is some programm for guests.

Not so much light in the room but it didn't disturb me.

Brillantly located hotel in the heart of Lloret de Mar. Had an ideal outdoor pool and indoor jacuzzi. Was very comfortable and staff were extremely accomodating to me and my group.

Water didn't go down the drain well in sink, really noisy neighbours (maybe we just got lucky, they where extremely noisy in corridor and hotel room on our floor for the whole night)

The menu in the restaurant is constantly changing. Everything was delicious. The staff at the restaurant was very friendly. The bathroom in our room was recently renovated. The location of the hotel is very convenient, 3 minutes walk to the sea.

We arrived at the hotel without a reservation, but there were no places in the seasali hotel, although there were places on Booking. I had to leave the hotel and book online. There is no parking. Sent to the parking lot for 25 euros per day. The elevator in the hotel is old and very slow, constantly busy, we had to constantly walk. To enter the restaurant you need to stand in line for 5-10 minutes. To use the air conditioner, you need to pay a deposit of 10 euros for the remote control. The safe in our room did not work, there was no lock. It was very noisy at night, you won't be able to sleep.

the guests mostly consist of young kids (18-19yo) that come to get hammered and drunk. they make a lot of noise. One night some drunk kids tried to come into our room with their key (unsuccessfully). The next night at 4am a bunch of kids were trying to break down the door right next our room.

Loved the location, less than 5 minutes from the beach. Only staff member I spoke to was lovely. Breakfast had great selection

The room was very outdated, no air conditioning, just a ceiling fan that wobbled and was very loud, and the switch was broken for it. The bathroom was dirty, cracked sink and mouldy corners. Shower squirted water sideways from the head, always. Found a cigarette butt on the floor, and lighter on balcony. Very loud, DJ played music most nights until about 12am that blasted through the walls. Lifts were tiny.
