nice apartment, quiet and comfortable. pool area perfect for relaxing, we stayed in the groundfloor apartment which is much smaller, but it was OK and it has its own seating area (chairs and small table) right outside the entrance, offering even more privacy.

pergolas or some sort of cover in case of rain would be nice in the pool area

Perfect stay to visit Piran specially if you are with your car as you can park here and it's next to all the city garages. Great view, amazing and cozy garden. Friendly staff and brand new facilities. 100% recommended

Really nice view from the terrace. And the apartments were good (but maybe not so fresh) but a little bit overpriced. Anyway, I think it's ok when you have such a beautiful view from the terrace - it's definitely worth spending one night here. Good parking (it is difficult to park somewhere in the city center). Not so far from the city center (it is possible to get on foot)

Maybe a little cosmetic repair is needed here. There were not enough kitchen utensils - mugs, glasses, etc.

The owners were absolutely nice. Beautiful location! The distance to the center was good, Perfect holiday for riding the bike. And: the pool was heated ( good for end of October) :-) thanks to the owners!

for some reason this says it is “beach front”, it’s at least 10 min walk to the beach down a steep hill, fyi.

It was a very nice apartament, clean, with a free parking place in front. They have a pool to. Everything was super!

Dogs are welcome. Check-in till 23.30. Big apartment. Very nice a cosy terrace. Amazing view from terrace. Very nice and heplful Owner.

There is no wardrobe or chest of drawers in the apartment. Poor kitchen equipment. Residence is located quite far from the seaside and beach (15-20 minutes by walk).

A few minute walk down hill to the casle, where is the best location taking the postcard picture of Piran. Very easy to park a car infront of the VIP building. Very nice breakfast. Wonderful bar for enjoying a nice night.

It was a really nice appartment with a beautiful view. The only problem was, that we had a baby trolley and the residence is about 100 metres above sea level, which meant that it took us 10 minutes to reach Piran and half an hour of uphill climbing to return.

Absolutely wonderful stay! the facility is beautiful, secluded in a quiet area of Piran yet only 15 min walk to the heart of Piran. Gorgeous pool with stunning view over the Adriatic Sea, comfortable, well equipped apartment. It was my son and me and it was perfect for the 2 of us. I cooked daily and it was no issues at all! We were immediately warmly welcomed, we arrived early, way before check in but were kindly told to us the pool, given a room to quickly get changed, offered some breakfast by the pool. Zeljko and Natača were absolutely wonderful, warm, friendly and made this stay so much better! While the residence is luxurious, it doesn’t come with “an attitude” sometimes found in higher end hotels and apartments. It felt relaxed, and we felt very genuinely looked after. Don’t be out off by reviews regarding the walk up hill! First, there is more than one way to go up, so if you are not very sporty, avoid the way with lots of steps shown on Google map from the bus station/ port! There is an easier and faster way up from Tartini Square - go up the hill to the cemetery and cross the road, then up that way. It really isn’t that bad and you will have some respites between the 2 hills (and treat yourself to a Gelato before you head up, guilt free!) Nothing- it was perfect!

The hosts are friendly and the room was new with all you can need.

The only thing that I would mention is that in our room (the ground floor room) the main door allows that the light enter to the apartment. At night can be a bit annoying when you try to sleep. Maybe add some kind of curtain there could solve the problem.

Big, clean apartment with wonderful sea view and air con. Lovely little bar. Only 10 minute walk to supermarket and old town.

this is an excellent and comfortable apartment. the staff are very helpful it is not serviced daily for the price I thought that would be appropriate. wifi was ok it did drop out a lot

nothing staying here is out of Piran which is fine about 800 metres but it is a steep steep hill!! after dinner this did take the fun out of a good meal. Taxi back has to be ordered and is not cheap despite noting within Piran 8euro we were charged 15 this is not a criticism of VIP but it needs to be understood for the not so fit

Lovely pool setting with lots of seating, bar/espresso and friendly owner.

I would have taken the view rooms had I know how nice the views were. Get a view room, it is worth it if you stay here. We like to walk, but the return from town is steep, take a cab back if you are out of shape.
