great location. breakfast was very ample and staff quickly refilled empty platters. very easy to obtain hot water during the evening for tea. the suites are very comfortable and large. we were 2 people per room. room was very clean and bed - king size - was very comfortable. staff was very friendly and accommodating. great parking facilities.

shower curtain was smelly - really smelly. staff immediately came to the room and changed the curtain.

Very close to conference centre, decent kitchen and gym. Also a lightly stocked pantry for purchase ( heavy on alcohol)

Friday night the gym and main floor was overrun with unattended, louand rambunctious kids.

The breakfast was good, and the staff were great at refilling empty serving trays.

Lady at night reception lied when she said the couch was a pull out, which was the single reason we accepted the room. When I called her about it she said “oh some rooms do and some don’t” I originally booked a room with two beds because there was four of us (two kids 4 and 2 plus my husband and I) because the room I booked was not what we got, we had to accept a room change to a smoking room. And it was smelly and gross, smoke dirty and worn. The pool was cloudy and the ceiling was falling down- literally. Only one person on reception made lines long. I (and our friends who also stayed this weekend) will not stay at your hotel again. Additionally, is smoking indoors permitted in Canada?The hotel sign at the elevators said smoking was not permitted on that floor, yet we were put in a smoking room on that floor. ?!?

The suites do not have proper vents & accordingly the food smell is all over the place.. I think the suites main entrance door is not sealed completely to prevent smells from spreading..

breakfast staff were not friendly, room cleanliness: furniture shows signs of wear and tear, ceiling opposite to air outlets are black colored due to lack of cleaning and ventilation lack of maintenance

the staff were very helpful and pleasant we were there for a specific event and the accommodation was suitable for the occasion.

No car so it was a long way to the shops. “Go” station 20-25 minute walk.

not clean - silverfish in the bathroom- clogged drain in shower. - ugh. furniture was old and dirty. this was a two bedroom suite - both hairdryers were broken. when I asked for a replacement their answer was “we don’t have any”. it took them two days to replace it and then only after I suggested they take one from and empty room.

Breakfast was average

Didn't use the kitchen or fridge considering not staying more than one night but did use the living room for its space. It was a very great amount of space. The two beds made the room spacious but cozy and you could walk around both beds. There's a cute older radio on the nightstand and the mirror and sink were perfectly long. The toilet height was great for kids and the shower having normal product size shampoo, conditioner and lotion attached to the wall was great as we used the pool. The pool was warm and the air inside was warm too. It was a great experience for the kids as they got to swim for a long time undisturbed. Great fun one night stay

Didn't wake up for breakfast considering the suites don't have real doors, just swinging doors that don't lock. Being up with an infant, you don't expect to have to use their diaper bag to block the doors from swinging when the AC cuts on. Their wasn't enough towels and when asked, they said '30 minutes ' and it never came. Wasn't throughly clean. Pool towels weren't refilled. Wouldn't stay here another night.

It was a good location. Close to my friends house.

They booked us a room that does not fit five persons although I booked through booking.com for 3 adults and two children. The property is not clean. I asked for 4 towels. They brought me two because they were out of towels. The toiletries’ bottles were broken and I could not get the shampoo out of the bottle. Breakfast was not fresh. Sausages were chewy and with no flavor whatsoever. Eggs were over cooked, bread and croissants were a day or two old. It wasn’t a pleasant experience at all.
