Place was clean which is THE most important thing. Friendly staff. The location was good and the free shuttle to the airport was extremely helpful.

All good. There is a Coffee percolator, but the addition of a kettle would be great.

I have stayed before but this time my room's cleanliness was mot great and the room was getting a bit shabby, Disappointing

We came in on a very late flight at 5am and has to check out at 11. The gentleman working the deak gave us a late check out on the house seeing how exhausted we were. Rooms are so clean and perfect for a place to crash before or after your flight. Walk out made it so easy for luggage and getting to and from your vehicle. We stayed the night before our flight and return, the staff is so friendly and the restaurant was great!

Snow plowing/shoveling in the parking lot around vehicles was terrible. I had to hike through huge snow banks to get my luggage and ended up ruining my shoes. I understand there is many park sleep and fly and they can't plow around the parked cars, but maybe they should have a seperate parking lot for those people. We were just over night and drove ourselves to airport parking and found it hard to access our door to unload luggage etc.

The sheets were super soft, the room was very clean and they had lovely products in the bathroom. Plenty of clean towels and face cloths. The hotel has a gym which is a nice bonus and a convenient airport shuttle

Great shuttle and fast service back and forth to the airport. Beautiful Hotel room. I needed some Covid related - travel documents downloaded and copied, etc. for my travel the next day to Japan, and more or less in an ASAP manner, and the two night-shift gentlemen working that evening ( Lucky was one of the guys, and not sure of the other gentleman's name) and both of these guys were able to help me over and above what I realistically expected as they were working and checking in guests, answering phones, etc., at the same time. A real Great Assistance to me, and I am very grateful for all of their hard wok and helping me get everything in order for the next day's trip. Thanks very much guys !!!

Nice room Beds were comfortable

the patio door lock didnt work !! someone could have walked right in and stolen our stuff when we out for food, or as we slept!! When told they would look into it, not too safe for two women!
