there was no room that could be used as a lounge, nor was there an outside patio

Staff were friendly. It was clean, comfortable and quiet.

Beautiful clean room with very comfortable bed and lounging area. Complimentary Breakfast had both hot and cold selections. The food was good and the attendant kept the breakfast room and food stations spotless.

The staff were excellent. Professional and welcoming. The lady looking after the breakfast is exceptional. She quickly looked after anyone asking a question. The food was very well laid out and she kept the tables, etc spotless. Nothing was allowed to run out.

when we are in SG we always stay here, for the convenience of anywhere you need to be...Breakfast and Sheryl especially are both great
