The property did not feel clean. The rooms were humid to the point that they sheets and carpet felt damp. I received an email that my reservation was canceled the first night and my keys were deactivated the next day. The toilet clogged and maintenance never came to fix it. The next day I told staff. Maintenance came and fixed the toilet but stole my daughters airpods from the night stand. The oatmeal was hard at breakfast and the hard boiled eggs weren’t peeled.

The hotel was conveniently located across the street from several stores. The breakfast offered was extremely nice, offering variety.

The room was much smaller than we expected; the carpet was dirty and looked unhealthy; the furniture looked worn with stains; the bed linen and towels were no longer white as they should be; there were no basic toiletries provided in the room as is usual standard expectation, like a shower caps - it had to be requested from the front desk; the room lighting on one side of the room wasn't great. I have stayed at Hampton hotels before and what I experienced was far, far better than this.

Had a mouse in our room. Had to move to a new room in the evening due to it and room should have had some compensation due to the inconvenience. Manager never followed up after my reaching out.

The breakfast was absolutely superb. It was fresh, clean and multiple options. Really impressed with the kitchen/breakfast staff. Best experience for a continental breakfast that was received in over a decade. Hallways and rooms clean with no off odors.

This is a hard one since it was a pleasure stay that exceeded expectations. Curb appeal/outside trash dumpster area could be better maintained... also noticed how clean and well maintained the elevators were that was easy to see building material and dirt in the lower left corners of elevator door openings at the close position.

It was a good breakfast and a good location near a giant plaza and famous restaurants

It little far from downtown and takes 24 minutes by car

The staff was lovely, the breakfast area was spacious and the room was clean and comfortable.

No indoor pool.
