Love the location

Front desk staff member was awesome! Bed was nice. Bathroom was big.

Very old furniture in room. The room was kind of gloomy and needed updating badly.

Convenient to restaurants in an eclectic are of Tampa-Ybor City.

New parking fees which weren’t listed. To be fair the fees had just begun in August but it was an unexpected cost.

Walking distance to all area services

Housekeeping has todo a better job. It looked like the room was cleaned in a rush, bathroom area specially. Thought it was a bit pricey for parking not being included

Overall everything in the room i like, and the shower was magnificent.

The air conditioning sound it was loud and annoying everytime it turned on.

I enjoyed the location. There are many attractions nearby.

The price was a bit high. Also our rooms were not as clean. There were hairs left on the bathroom floor. There was also residue on the curtains and poles.

It's Ybor City there aren't many options, but the parking was great.

Needs cleaner rooms, usable pillows and lower rates for the level of quality. Booking.com sells the prepaid breakfast. It was a surprise to the front desk, but they honored it. The joke was on me it was offered too late in the morning for my work hours and when my wife ate later it was very lacking.

Exceptionally helpful, friendly staff. Great location- close to many restaurants, the trolley, and so much more. Very reasonably priced, clean, and comfortable.

Angelika made our day! She new how bad our first night in Florida was (elsewhere) and went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. Checked in to see how our stay was going. Highly recommend staying here. Excellent location, within walking distance to so much. Uber can get you to the stadium or airport quickly. We could have skipped the car rental.

Having to pay for parking outside the facilities because they allowed anyone to use there parking spots even though they weren’t staying at the hotel and then being told I need to pay for parking at the hotel
