The location was ok. Breakfast was ok but could have been better.

The room’s definitely needs upgrading the furniture we’re out dated and scratched. Also the disclosure of accidental fees weren’t disclosed to me until after I checked out. Hopefully the funds are returned promptly.

Room was clean. Furniture was pretty beat up; needs replacement.

The elevators were terribly slow. The lighting in the rooms was totally awful. Enough fixtures but the bulbs are so weak they make the place seem really dingy. Would expect hotel would at least provide coffee in the morning for the guests.

Lovely grounds and internal terrace. Liked the suite type room. Reasonable price for suite. Walking distance to several restaurants.

Room had very dirty stained carpet in a handicapped accessible room (should be no carpet). Roll in shower designed badly and water everywhere. Broken tile at bathroom door reported to maintenance. They came and regrouted the piece saying they would be back in an hour and NEVER came back. They taped around the broken piece and left a mess that was never cleaned up nor was it fixed. Piece of tile would still lift when touched. Someone will get cut if not cemented down. Too much security for entry to and from pool . Doors very heavy and hard to maneuver for a wheelchair bound individual. One elevator was down for a whole day . And did not like having to use key card to go up and down elevator, Very noisy location at a train crossing , near airplanes landing/taking off and at a highway exit. Traffic noise all day and night. Balcony a joke , shouldn't be advertised .

The courtyard was pretty. Rooms had plenty of space.

Laundry was out of order on my floor, not all front desk staff had access to the cash register, couldn't get a drink after 9 (after being in a stressful airport all day only to be cancelled), no shuttle to airport.

I loved absolutely everything. We were celebrating our honeymoon and let me just say from the time we walked in the hotel breathtaking view. The inside was just beautiful. Our room was clean, friendly staff. Bed was comfortable

Only one thing the pillows were to flat. Only thing

Its a space room, close to I95, if you travel to Miami, and want to exit from the airport in tri-rail, the station its just cross the street, and commercial center its a just few meters, less than 10 minutos walking, have close different restaurants, like Ihop, Wendy's, etc. And gas station its in the corner. Have a microwave if want to buy food at supermarket.

The cleaning up have to request in the lobby for next day, and not refill shampoo or soap bottles, and in many days never change the blankets.
