I loved the customer service. The staff were engaging, helpful, and nice. The ambiance was nice.

There was no coffee maker in the room.

The hotel is lovely and in a great location.

The only negative in our opinion was that there was no tea or coffee in the rooms - there was a hot drinks station for a few hours in the morning.

Nice style

The location of the hotel is perfect when visiting Boston. Lots of dining options and things to do are very close. The history of the hotel makes it very charming and comfortable. The lobby bar is one of my favorite places to get a cocktail in Boston. Very nice staff.

Fitness center need to be upgraded.

The staff were amazing! I happened to mention that it was our anniversary, and they sent up a hand-written card and a complementary bottle of sparkling wine!

The soundproofing at the doors was not terrific, but that's not unusual for a beautiful old building such as this.

the hotel is highly decorated very beautiful the room I stayed in was very comfortable everything was well thought and clean. the hotel staff were very kind and helpful and the location is right near the convention center and you have lots of shopping malls and nice streets nearby

Everything about The Lenox was amazing. The beds were very comfortable, the hotel was clean, staff were excellent and the location is irreplacable.
