This hotel charged us twice and are refusing to give us a refund. I will never use them again and would not recommend staying there.

这个酒店在登机口里面的，没有值机没有机票工作人员是不给进入的，我是在机场外面预定的，我的航班是早上，想着晚上入住第二天早上方便坐飞机，被工作人员告知不能进入，导致我无法入住，联系酒店方退订，根本不理人，不可抗拒无法入住的情况下钱照样收取，毫无人性

Convenient for a 6 hour layover. Clean and they gave us the bed configuration we needed. Twin beds. It was comfortable.

The hotel itself was very nice and the room was great. We just didn't realise it was located in the airport after going through security and checking in our bag :(

We did not realise that we could not get into the hotel until after we had checked in our luggage. We had to wait 3 hours in the airport to check in our bag before getting to the hotel and only getting 2 hours rest. two hours is better than nothing but we were very frustrated with the situation.

Clean quiet room with good facilities. We used the room for six hours between flights for rest and refreshment, airside within KLIA2 airport and it suited our purpose very well

All was good.

Convenience of having a sleep during a long 6 hR layover

Great service. This review is actually for klia1. I booked the wrong hotel, but the receptionist didn't ask any questions and transferred us to klia1. Thanks so much👍🏼
