Location was good the hotel is okay it does need a facelift the first room I had the toilet kept running I had to change rooms the second room had a hole in the bathroom door about 12 in and height by about 8 in wide that was patched with the worst pass job I've ever seen in my life

someone kept messing with lock and staff did nothing they also blew pot smoke into my room they were caught twice and staff did nothing but said get away from door once

What I always notice at a business is if the staff greet you every time I walked in I was greeted it did not matter what time if they were customers phones ringing they greeted everybody that goes very far with me

The heat in the AC unit in the room should have been replaced it worked but not like it should have they only last a couple years I used to install these years ago when I was a kid

Everything is brand new The staff were very friendly and helpful The response to the problems is fast

only 20 minutes to Boston and the free parking. the price is good

the hotel had a weird smell all over, like cigarette smoke mixed with bathroom cleaner. we paid extra for a premium king room, supposedly had free snacks and drinks. it had three snacks One water One juice for a room that’s for Two people. the sink is outside the bathroom in the hallway. the pillows were not comfortable. the coffee maker is old and was on a desk that had no plug to use it.

The staff was outstanding extremely friendly and great eye contact and were genuine with their responses I must highlight the front desk clerk she was amazing and absolute hard worker and should be recognized for her long hours that she puts in and dedication to the company

I would suggest to put A new electric outlet located at the sink as the iron would not stay plugged in and kept falling out of the outlet. The USB ports on the nightstand between the beds also we're not working.

Room wasn't clean the right way. Strong odor.. Door key didn't work.

This was the cleanest hotel with the most amenities for the price that I have ever stayed at. Very highly recommend.
