The breakfast was excellent! On check-in, the hotel employee said there would be "coffee and a light breakfast" but it was so much more than that! And so much better! We were pleasantly surprised!

the door safety latch, it’s actually only semi moveable. and so there’s a massive chunk of metal that you can’t move and I actually hit my head on it.. it’s a solid as all hell piece tho.. had a massive lump on the back of my head for almost a week.

The cartridge in the shower handle is installed backward. Hot water comes on as soon as the valve is opened slightly.

A good clean standard motel

The cleanliness!!! The room space and setup. It was a comfortable and quiet.

The biggest complaint:. BREAKFAST ROOM opens Much Too LATE. 6 AM Would be ideal like many other places. I met 4 other guests complaining about the same thing. In the future I must stay elsewhere. I chose that location for the morning breakfast but could not use because I needed to leave before the late 7am opening☹️☹️☹️ Hopefully others will comment on the late opening so the time will be changed.

The hotel charged me the full price even though I cancelled in advance. They have refused to give me any money back and have been very rude and unhelpful to deal with. I will not be making any further bookings through Bookings and I will recommend you stay elsewhere in Pasadena.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

The location wasn't near anything that was affordable, or open late.
