The location , the bed was fine, staf friendly

Well the website said hotel had a restaurant and bar, had neither. It also said breakfast but when we got downstairs nobody seemed to know why there was none.

Close to airport

Rooms are a little bit tired and old and could do with a soft refurb. The bed and pillows though were fantastic, best bed we have ever slept in which lifted the rating for us

En la recepción no atiendan en español. Estar recordando cada día l a limpieza de la habitación al personal las habitaciones deben limpiarse diariamente sin tener que solicitar el servicio .

The room wasn’t clean and the bed was very uncomfortable seemed to have dent in the middle.

Horrible experience. They charge an EXTRA $150 fee that they claim goes back on your credit card in 5 days. This is insane to change that to every new guest. And then they don’t always put the amount back on your card. It’s an easy way to scam and overcharge guests. Furthermore, the employees are rude. And they force all guests to come down and personally pick up their Uber Eats deliveries. Terrible stay!

Convenient location to the airport.

We could not get the shuttle bus from the airport to hotel as no one answered the phones when we called. We’ve spent about at hour at the airport trying to get in contact with the hotel be picked up, with no luck. In the end we had to pay the cab to get there. We made the receptionist aware on our arrival and she just brushed it off with some lame apology. We did not appreciate it, especially after 20+ hours overseas flight.

The room was nice with a TV that even had Netflix. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

Breakfast was completely overpriced for what you get. The woman working at the breakfast counter was miserable and rude. Laundry service wasn't working.

En cuanto a la limpieza y los amenities del hotel todo en perfecto estado, los colchones eran cómodos y el room bastante espacioso. Lo que no nos dimos cuenta al realizar la reserva es que aquí te cobran el parking en el check in (para aquellos que traen su coche) cuyo precio no está incluido en la estadía. Nos quedamos sólo una noche porque al día siguiente nos teníamos que tomar un vuelo temprano. El hotel está ubicado a unos km del aeropuerto LAX y ofrece servicio de shuttle bus al aeropuerto.

Lo único que me quejaría es el mal servicio del front desk del turno noche. La chica de la recepción tenía una mala onda y un poco desubicada...no sé si fue sólo con nosotros o es así con todos los huéspedes pero ni "un mínimo de onda" le ponía al trabajo. Tampoco es que le pido que sea recontra servicial pero un simple hello o un thank you hubiese sido lindo. Sin embargo, el chico de la recepción del turno de la mañana nos atendió bien, fue muy amable y respetuoso.

It is exactly what it says on the box. A short-stay place near LAX that has everything you need for one to two night. Due to its location, I wouldn't want to stay here much longer, but for an overnight stay in transit to another flight, it was perfect.

I was charged twice and when calling to request a refund, the customer service lady who responded my call was very rude. She was not willing to hear the details of the issue, keep repeating the same information, didn’t understand the issue. She left me waiting on the line about 3 times and when I explained to her that I was calling from overseas and that the call was getting expensive, she hanged up on me. The worst experience I had in a hotel.

Quiet location easy access and close to several quick food options. If ever in this location again I would definitely stay here again.

1. Prepare to shell out an extra $25 for parking, even though there are countless free spaces right in the hotel's own large lot. It's nothing short of a money grab. 2. Expect a several huge security deposit as well, despite the credit card and ID being registered. We’re now on our last night before our flight home and have no money to even afford dinner. This wasn’t mentioned when booking. 3. Public transit connections are abysmal, making it even more inconvenient to get around. 2 hours via transit and 20 minutes by car to most destinations we went to. 4. They seem to have a knack for terrible timing. A fire alarm test at 8 am? Seriously? This not only startled me and my partner but physically hurt our ears. This went on for several minutes right above our heads as we lay sleeping my Apple Watch send me a warning that the alarm reached over 100 decibels, dangerous for human hearing. 5. It's a never-ending parade of disruptions. First, an early morning sprinkler maintenance, followed by surprise carpet and AC cleaning sessions, with only a night’s notice each time. Why not plan these during the afternoon, when residents aren’t tying to sleep? Obviously these checks and services need to be done, but why twice in the two nights we were staying? 6. To top it off, the contractor for the sprinkler maintenance left a trail of dirt in the bathroom. How's that for attention to cleanliness? 7. Housekeeping is apparently a luxury, as they claim it's to "save water." I’ve heard of not changing the hanging towels, that’s great. But paying over $128 a night and having to make your own bed and not having the garbage emptied is simply unacceptable. The water-saving excuse is a lame attempt at cost-cutting, with no benefit whatsoever to the guest. 8. If you manage to tolerate all of this, you'll be treated to a jittery, laggy TV connection. 9.

Hotel was clean and comfortable

We booked for an overnight rest between an international and domestic flight with two young children. Unfortunately there was not much rest due to waiting for the shuttle for 90 minutes!!! and then advised by staff that the shuttle is so unreliable we had to book in for the morning shuttle back to the airport FOUR hours before our domestic flight time. Ridiculous. Definitely would not book here again

Room was of good size and clean. Hotel was quiet.

It said that the hotel has a restaurant where you can have dinner, while it did not. Luckily we had a car and could drive to a restaurant in the area. They have a shuttle to the airport... but it only starts at 6:00 am. At an hotel near an international airport I would expect that the shuttle system to the airport is all night long, or at least from 4:00 am. People take the hotel near the airport to be able to reach the airport in the early morning, otherwise they do not need an hotel near the airport.

Very close to my treatment facility next door, this was a bonus. Room was quiet, decent breakfast options and close to LAX.

Food options were limited as I had no personal car. Had to walk a block to the same limited series of eateries.

The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. I loved the armchair and footstool as well as the coffee machine.

The breakfast options were very limited and expensive. The staff were not helpful in terms of advice on transport etc Please be aware that there is a shuttle to another Sonesta and it is easy to get confused. The free airport shuttle is also unreliable.

Breakfast was offered with the room, but coffee, yogurt & fruit wasn't great. The hotel was fine, staff helpfull.

Only downfall was the room's carpet. The carpet was dirty, sticky and we couldn't walk bare foot as the bottom of our feet were black.

Location was close-ish to airport, since we had a rented car it was very convenient. Lots of breakfast places & restaurants nearby. Mattel headquarters are right next doors, it was fun to walk into the store. Room was comfy, we had two full sized beds, so it was a spacious for us with a 4-yr-old. There's a pool, outdoor seating, gym & washer & dryier machines (pay per use). A free ice vending machine. You could buy snacks at the reception. Breakfast is available, but we did not opt for it.

Parking was 25USD per night which I think is quite steep considering it was outdoors & street parking close by was free.

Location near airport

Booked a room six months beforehand on this site. When arrived at hotel they didn’t have a room for me and said they did not guarantee rooms not booked directly with them. Sorted out after I kicked up a stink but it wasn’t a great experience
