Absolutely awful! It was nothing like in the photos. Mold, bugs and cockroaches everywhere. We booked a king suite with a hot tub. No hot tub, no sink due to having a sign over it saying not to use because it was broken, no trash can because it was being used to catch the water pouring out of the air conditioning unit, dead bugs everywhere, cockroaches in the bathroom, a balcony but no door? No pool. Literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed at!

Did not like anything about this place.

Homeless outside. Ran down inside. Was not clean. Had two rooms one toilet and fridge did not work mold on vents hair all over bed. Other ac did not work that's all I found in 5 minutes before leaving.

Unprofessional, room wasn't cleaned and smelled weird. They made me check out early due to their mess ups it was the worst experience I have ever had..

Ac worked amazingly. The price was good. It did have a mini fridge that worked well and the bed wasnt uncomfortable. The staff was pleasant and accommodating for issues brought to their attention.

The room wasn't very clean. The carpet had crumbs and other debris all over it.The toilet looked liked it hadnt been cleaned in a while, and the bathtub had hair and some dirt in it. The windows weren't sealed very well and the walls had some damage to them. The beds were clean, but the pillows were very small and flat. The halls carpet wasnt clean either. The only ice machine was on the bottom floor and the breakfast was lacking pretty much everything but cereal and bananas.

The price was reasonable.

Had to wait for someone to come check me in. The sign to call someone wasn't visible when you walked to the desk. The desk clerk wasn't very friendly.

The facilites, grounds and interior of this hotel were filthy. My room was still unmade/uncleaned after I checked in. When I went to the front desk to ask for another room, I was told there were no other rooms available, and that I would not be charged. There was no apology or attempt to get a room ready. I left to find other lodging. A week later, a charge showed up on our credit card for my "stay"! This is not a hotel -- it appears to be a homeless shelter or has some other agreement with the city for housing vagrants, as I was later informed by friends who live in the area.

The location wasn’t the best, a lot of homeless activity nearby and on the property.

We left the property and went to hyatt downtown and an extra cost to myself. Can't believe booking.com would have this on their site There were people going through the bins, and reception staff were not professional at all. The pictures on site are nothing like what you get.the bed did not look as if it had been cleaned and the furniture had not been cleaned for a very long time.
