Le personnel était très agréable. La chambre était relativement grande et propre. Tous les équipements nécessaires s’y trouvaient.

La piscine et le jacuzzi étaient dégoûtants. L’eau était verte et le fond était rempli de moisissure. C’est en partie pour la piscine que j’avais choisi cet hôtel, mon fils était très déçu.

At 1:30 am the first night the persona at the desk gave the key of our to Simone else so My daughter and I got woken by a man. I got really scared nobody offered compassion the night employé her answer was I wasn’t there when you checked in. The 2 bf night a baseball team was just bedside our room they were running and screaming I ask to talk to the manager radio silence

Loved the rooms. We loved that we were able to go back a fourth with having a conjoined rooms.

You need to update pictures of your property a lot of difference then on the pics

Room keys kept resetting. Wrong room number labeled which caused even more confusion. Keys don't work anywhere. I went to front desk at least 10 times for key resets. Breakfast sucks.

-comfortable bed -good breakfast,variety of choices -location is close to everything -there is arcade and pool which my daughter loved We stayed for new years eve. I wish they did a little celebration in the lobby. Some people bring their own drinks and played at the lobby and waited for the countdown.

- room temperature inside the room can be cold sometimes. It is controlled by wall thermostat and cant be adjusted. - we stayed for 2 nights and nobody cleans the room the next day. Im not sure how their cleaning policy is.
