The bed was super comfy and the room was clean . The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly.

I didn't like that there was only 2 small towels for a shower.

Tiny fridge in the room, no freezer compartment. It was smaller than a dorm refrigerator. The beds were excessively high. I had to borrow a step stool for my wife to use to get into bed

Breakfast was excellent. Fresh, hot, and delicious.

We booked two rooms. Our sheets seemed clean but had hairs all over them. One of our party changed rooms, only to find other cleaniness issues. We took a sheet out of the closet to cover the fitted sheet that was questionable. It was late and we were tired or we might have considered leaving. Not what we expected from HI , especially considering the cost.

Breakfast was good. Loved dove hand, body, hair products in bathroom.

Garbage under desk wasn't emptied from previous guest.poor water pressure.
