The location was excellent and the hotel was very clean.

The furniture can use an update.

TOP NOTCH STAFF. Everyone and i mean EVERYONE was incredible. BRUTUS & BETTY!!! ❤️ Breakfast was good for the most part and included in price. Facilities nice. We had a room with a view!!!

Bathroom shower leaked onto floor. Bathroom door kept creeping shut. Beds decent but not great.

La situación del hotel es muy buena. El desayuno muy bien, aunque no había ninguna clase de pan, solo dulces. Buena vista desde el restaurante. Es un hotel clásico con placas en la paredes dedicadas a personas vinculadas al cuerpo de los Marines.

Las alfombras necesitaban una limpieza en profundidad.

Wat een leuk en bijzonder hotel! Sfeervol, geweldig gelegen in het mooie SF. Het enige hotel waar we luxe vers fruit kregen bij het ontbijt, met aardbeien etc. De kamers zijn prima. Leuk die borrel in de namiddag. Niet in de mooiste ruimte (restaurant gedeelte) naar wel met prachtig uitzicht en fijn personeel. Zwembad voor voowassenen is op afspraak. Uitgebreide gym ook.

2x2 persoons bed voor 5 personen. We kregen een upgrade naar een grotere kamer met iets grotere bedden maar nog altijd maar 4 slaapplekken. Er was wel plek voor een extra bed tegen betaling. Voor 5p dus niet ideaal.

Very friendly staff, breakfast was included and the best we’ve had so far in the USA. Happy Hour was free too and it was very nice after a long day in town. Safe place and 8 minute walk to Chinatown. Parking nearby for $35-$40 a day. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved the location! Close to everything we wanted to do in San Francisco and the included happy hour was much appreciated and utilized every night! Everytime I came and went I was met with a smile from the hotel team. I was a bit worried one night when I was out late but after hours entry was easy peasy! We will definitely be back!

There wasn't anything I didn't like. We were pleasantly surprised by the accommodations and amenities.

The breakfast menu was adequate. It was a good location, walking distance to Union Square and public transport. The room was large and the bed comfy. Staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful.

We didn’t have hot water - only luke warm throughout stay. TV connection was intermittent. Breakfast and happy hour hordoerves were not hot - disappointing. We arrived on Monday to find there wasn’t a happy hour or dinner served. I know Covid affected a lot of things but we miss the breakfast buffet and pianist playing during happy hour. These things set marines memorial apart from the other local hotels.

Cannot fault anything. Beautiful building, exceptionally well run, clean, modern fantastic location. Breakfast included and two hour complimentary beer, wine or cocktails between 4pm and 6pm daily.

we had to catch our flight at 8:30am and we ask for breakfast and they disnt provide an early bird luncheon or tiny breakfast kit.

Great location for shopping, dining, and touring. You can't beat the museum-like experience on every floor. The breakfast and happy hour (on the top floor) are incomparable and included in your stay.

It would be great to have a larger discount on parking.

The history. Chesty’s bar and kitchen has beautiful views and the breakfast included with the stay is made to order!

Old carpets. Serving staff at reunion dinner held at the facility were not up to par.

Enjoyed the food, the restaurant was fabulous and the food tasted great!
