Well the room was great but the receptionist was kinda of rude I booked a room through booking.com even called the receptionist before hand I was supposed to pay $145.77tottal price after taxes when I called the receptionist before I paid I asked her how much including taxes she said all together $164..and some change .so when I go to pay for the room I go-to give her my booking number and pin she says oh I got your name a d I explained to her that she needed my booking number well anyways I did not get my discount deal very unhappy about that

elevator broken, swimming pool closed, loud fan that you can't shut off in between bathroom and bed, did not sleep well because of it.

I loved the 24 hour coffee. the reception desk Mayra was exceptional. We were in town for a wedding and she was helpful with directions and also giving us information about the strip closure. she went above and beyond for us and we felt welcomed.

The location was great for the leisure event I was attending

Though, the property thinks it’s an upgrade (2 bedroom instead of 1 when I traveled alone), I was in the location where construction was being done upstairs so I was not able to sleep in the afternoon when I arrived. One staff member in the breakfast area gave me the impression that she was there to attend to the food and dishes and not to requests from the guests. It made such a bad impression that it overshadowed all other staff who were very helpful and friendly. I’ll spare everyone the details. As they say, you won’t remember sometimes what somebody said or did to you but you’ll remember always how a person made you feel at that moment.

(Not for Review) The Staff was really nice. We checked in early due to a busy day and our lugguage was secured for later arrival. When we arrived the front desk reception, Alex, was also very helpful. He explained that he had one room available that had recently had a pet they had cleaned after and asked if we would like to check it first for odor. We did and accepted the room.

(Not for Review) I don't know how this happened, but I booked the wrong Residence Inn. I was looking at the website for the one at 3225 Saint Rose Parkway - which advertises as brand new. However, my confirmation was for the one on Olympic and I didn't catch the difference before we arrived. This is why we were disappointed in the overall features and appearance of the hotel. Still can't figure out how this happened. Did not use shower or buffet.

Breakfast was really good. Perhaps the best breakfast waffle we've ever had. Staff courteous and helpful. Rooms were good size, kitchen clean and convenient, property clean. We liked the location in Henderson.

Booking.com stated there was a room available after midnight so it back dated it 07/14-07/15 which I just need the room for about 7 hrs today 07/15 at 1am, front desk said no confirmation was sent in and no rooms were available, so now I lost the money on the reservation on a room I couldn't even get and booking.com won't help me dispute the issue since it's clearly incorrect info provided by them. Front desk lady was rude from the get go because I interrupted her from whatever was going on her phone. Smh

The suite we had was the perfect size with the kitchen and king bed

The pool was not clean and ice cold, opposite the jacuzzi was way too hot.

The lady that checked us in was far the best
