Comfortable room, friendly staff

Overall a good place to stay

Everything our stay is always great

I loved the location it was back out the way. They remodeled and painted, so everything was clean and neat. The bistro was nice to get really cooked food. The outside patio area was beautiful little to chilly for me to sit out there but would have loved to. I also loved that the hotel wasn't far from shopping stores. It was my first time in Philadelphia, and it was enjoyable 😉

The only issue was we were on the end where they were remodeling, and it was kind of noisy but not enough to complain or move the room about. Also, my refrigerator went out, and our food and my insulin were in there and went bad. But they were very understanding about the situation and took a day off for me.

women at desk were kind and accommodating

outdated. The room smells like bad body odor. There was a spider in my bed. I felt like I should’ve had a bike running through the hallway, saying “redrum”. I REALLY do not like the property! its awful.

Price not so much. Rooms could have been a little more updated. Carpet.
