The room left a lot to be desired. There was a pet aroma that welcomed you and the front door had a gap in the bottom half that let air into the room. The bathroom grout and paint were peeling. It will do for one/two nights "utility" stay due to the convenient location right across UO. I would not recommend the breakfast, besides the yogurt. A massive positive in this facility is the staff. They are insanely nice and helpful.

1st off we got stuck in the handicap room which is right next to the road there's a 1/2 inch gap under the door so you can hear cars all night. The heater barely worked when you turn it on it sounds like someone's banging and pots and pans against your head. The bathroom sink was about to fall off the wall And the pea trap was duct taped on Which was leaking. And the toilet seat had a big crack and Everytimes you sat on it you get pinched. Not exactly what I was looking for in my hotel room.

Older, alarm clock doesn’t work well, plugs between beds actually drained my phone. Breakfast is not was was advertised, what was available was fresh though.

The room was nice and clean. It was comfortable and conveniently located.

The only thing I didn't like was that the breakfast options were very limited. I was just going to have a bowl of cereal and they were out of bowls and the young lady really couldn't care less.

My room wasn’t cleaned and the trash wasn’t emptied in three days. When I spoke to the front desk about it, she said the hotel was busy and offered me extra trash bags so I could take my own trash to the dumpster. I am not servicing my own room. I had also reported a broken toilet when I checked in. Two days later, it is still leaking water all over the floor. When I asked the front desk about it, the response was “sorry, I don’t know why no one had come by to fix it, but I can offer you some extra towels to soak up the water. Not the kid of customer service I expect at all. Very disappointing. I know this isn’t the most fancy property but they could at least try. In addition, on the first day, the half and half at the free breakfast was spoiled and curdled in the coffee. The guy replaced it when he was told but I decided to eat at Starbucks the rest of the weekend.

We went for an Oregon Duck game and the location is great.

The hotel has not been updated, smelled of dust and heater didn’t work very well and when it was working it was very loud. staff not very friendly!
