Poor breakfast. No butter for toast, no cream cheese for bagles, only jelly available for either.

Noise from interstate. Now I know why it is called Microtel, room was barely large enough for a queen size bed, no place to set, very small room. Hard to get to.

The pillows were small and only 3 on queen beed and the beds are not comfortable. But the young lady that checked me in was amazing. The young gentleman that checked us out was polite and courteous

The 29th at 3AM a group was leaving the were so rude and loud. They were hollering back and fourth, not caring about others sleeping or trying to sleep. This was the only complaint in the three times we stayed over 4 days each. Also the shower flooded in the handy cap bathroom.

I felt safe and slept vomfortable.

The price was great for the value. Staff was very accommodating. I booked 3 rooms and was late to the hotel and they let my family into the rooms early which was awesome bc they are disabled. They also put our rooms together which was a very accommodating thing that they did not have to do. Check in was easy. Location was near restaurants and shopping right off the highway. Rooms seemed freshly painted.The gem shop across the street is awesome.

There was no TV bc the power had went out earlier. My room needed some cleaning. The bathroom was spotless though.. The other 2 rooms were fine so maybe it was just overlooked. I told the staff my concerns when they asked about the rooms and when we came back from dinner it was clean and tidy.

Large, comfortable room. Conveniently located.

Breakfast was to start at 6 but staff didn’t have it ready until about 6:30.

The breakfast was adequate; I particularly enjoyed making my own waffles. The juices were a bit skimpy on substance, especially the OJ - too watery. Activia might be good for people who need to "keep things moving along," but I do not have this problem so I must avoid it. It was a shame that there were no other yogurt options (BTW, I always read the ingredients before choosing a yogurt - anything with glucose-fructose syrup is a non-starter). But I am a realist - the price for the room was too my liking and I did not have high expectations for the breakfast, so I brought along my own berries just in case. The high quality of the room more than made up for the breakfast.
