The location and food was great. Staff friendly

Looked like there had been water leaks and mold through out the bathroom aroud the seam and and nook and crannies around the hand bars. Carpet was dirty from outside traffic.

That the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable and the pillows were soft

only thing I really hated was the renovation was taking place while I was there after working long hrs getting off at 1am waking up to drilling and construction work in the hotel was horrible as in getting rest

Friendly staff. Location was good.

Toilet didn't work and maintenance couldn't come for a few hours. Moved to another room. New room: air conditioner made a screaming noise. No sleep. Also, door lock didn't work most of the time.

The bed wasn't comfortable the couch sink in when you sat on it and Jody was an awful manager wasn't willing to help whatsoever

The staff was nice

The elevator was under construction and looked unsafe. The room smelled. Extremely noisy toilet. I woke up with bite marks all over my body. I had a total of 8 bites on me. I believe it was spider. I was itching through the night but it wasn’t until I woke up I realized I had been bitten. I rushed and checked out.

Location was good

Parking lot was completely full both days. No where to park, whatsoever, due to storage containers taking up the room in the parking lot. Office clerk wanted me to park offsite, which I disagreed with. Why should anyone have to park off-site? It’s unsafe.

I only ate breakfast once and it was OK. Bonus points for the biscuits not being dried out as often is the case on a buffet like this. Negative for the pancake maker not working.

The key situation is beyond frustrating. We had to switch rooms after checking in because they could not get a keycard to work on our original room. We had to have our keycard reprogrammed every time we left the room to get back in. For whatever reason, after requesting our room be serviced three nights in a row, it never was.
