the ice machine was broken, and the breakfast was in a plastic bag? it should be hot & fresh..

- the bed was literally broken, the one side was collapsed. Terrible night. - the place is truly run down. Staff were very friendly but overworked and exhausted. - the room needs serious updating, deep cleaning, and repair. The stairs leading up were filthy. - on booking it was breakfast is included but it was a ziplock full of what we’d consider preschool snack foods.

Good location

Back entrance was sketchy.....cigarette butter everywhere...some questionable individuals hanging out there ..who left immediately.

We were on the first floor. Mattresse and pillows were comfortable even for a side sleeper.

Bag breakfast. We figured this is here to stay, but we definitely prefer to sit down with granola or Raisin Bran with milk. Orange juice and some fresh fruit like apples and bananas. The parking lot had numerous areas that would have benefited from Ice Melt to improve safety.

Clean property with convenient parking to access rooms. Beds were comfortable and shower had good water pressure. Staff was friendly and responsive to requests. Price was reasonable for services provided. Coin operated washer and dryer were available (but we didn't use them). "Breakfast provided" was a carry over from COVID, I think, being a ziplock with yogurt, fruit, a cereal bar, orange juice and string cheese. They did have fresh coffee and decaf, which I appreciated and there was a coffee machine in the room, as well.

The property is a bit tired. Pets were allowed and when we first arrived there were several pet leavings on the sidewalk just outside the back entry door. The sidewalk was cleaned by the next morning, but it was a bit off -putting of a welcome. I fault the guests who didn't pick up after their pets, though, not the facility itself. Perhaps providing disposal bags would help address the problem. The hall lighting was a dim and a little dreary, more I think because the property is an older facility.

Room was great. However I think the bed sheets could of been applied / fitted better on mattress. They were loose and corners weren't pulled down tight.

Several staff members seemed annoyed when asking for assistance. Also the free breakfast was terrible, it was advertised but I believe that the poor quality was to enhance the restaurant in sales. I could be wrong but it was a lot better breakfast before the restaurant and bar were overhauled. The bag breakfast was more like a bag of odds and ends. Nothing hot, no cereal, or fresh fruit. Opted out of the free bag my second morning! Total shocker used to be a great breakfast. A complete 180° away from the old Broadway. Charge more for the room and get less service or so it certainly seems. Luggage cart I used was squeaky and loud needs new wheel bearings and grease. Used to be my favorite hotel in Missoula. And Unfortunately I Won't go back.

Clean, comfortable.. nice staff. The evening crowd at the lounge can be a little noisy but inside the rooms was quiet.

Continental breakfast is just a bagged lunch in July 22. Disappointing

there really wasn’t anything that stood out. hot shower was nice.

the room smelled stale. out of date. felt run down.

This motel is very dated and a bit seedy - could use a renovation. No breakfast offered, just some ( very watery) coffee .
