This was a very nice hotel. The people were friendly. The room was very comfortable.

The included breakfast had many hot and cold choices, more than the average continental in other hotels. The suite was spacious, elegant, had every comfort for a night or extended stay, including dishes, coffee pot, full sized fridge, a very comfortable bed, and even Dove soap and hair products!

The small pillows weren’t that comfortable and didn’t seem in keeping with the clean smelling bedding. Also the only disturbance was what appeared to be staff children wandering in the way in the breakfast room, playing with the trash can, making a racket, helping themselves to food, generally running around.

The staff was very professional and they made sure the hotel was clean and presentable. Everyone said good morning and they were always approachable.

Both our rooms smelt like sewer when we first got into the room, I assumed that it was a dry trap as we turned on the shower and fan, and the smell went away. Glad there was a fan to move some air.

My special request was for our friends that I booked one room for be located close to us. We were on the 4th floor. My friends on the 2nd floor. The young lady behind the desk when I checked in stated it was because they had groups booked. I booked our rooms 4 or 5 weeks ago. She didn't seem to care and was not very pleasant. I love the price and location but will chose a different hotel for my next stay.
