Breakfast was good
There were kids running up and down the hallways well into midnight. Doors slamming . We kind of wondered if there weren’t families living there.

The smell was old and moldy, beds where so hard it hurt to sleep on

The room door did not always unlock. And the room smelled like stale smoke.

The hotel had many features that other hotels would charge a lot more for. It was high quality on a budget. It feels like they put thought about what a guest might want during their stay and tried their best to accommodate.
The toilet was a bit bugged, but nothing unmanageable. I just had to hold the lever for a bit longer than normal.

What I liked about the property was the doors are secured at night and the breakfast is amazing! Besides that it was very dirty and loud and now that I can’t walk with something so debilitating and can’t get to a wheelchair from the third floor because of the stairs so I’m very hurt and also we are all very ill.

How dirty everything was and also my kids and myself are extremely sick and I just had to claim my independence by walking away.. my mom and myself really need to test for COVID because we all are sick it’s just if masks are so mandatory in the policy that you never ask people to wear! I thought coming to this location would change things and it would be great but being hurt and stepping on glass when you can’t feel your feet and being treated like your not allowed to have a room on the first floor and getting sick… so thanks in advance for your help and support but my mother was not only sexually harassed at her checking in but has stage four kidney failure and now she’s so sick just from having a couple night staying here I’m requesting please call me today before checking out time so we can discuss and try to resolve this issue because I’m in pain and I’m so sick and this is baffling and every private information that the host asked her for is clearly in the privacy policy clause as an illegal act and a form of abuse and harassment and before I call someone up the chain I hope we can resolve this before checking out

The room had a microwave and fridge. The bedroom was separate from the bathroom and the sitting room area. That was lovely! The tub worked well. The shower had a removable shower head. The fitness center was clean and had lots of towels.
The microwave wasn’t plugged in and it was hard to find a place to plug it in where it was situated. Also, the rotating dial style was really old.

The hotel is aging. While the kids loved the pool, it was a bit dirty.

There were stains on the bedding and the shower head sprayed out the side and wet the whole bathroom floor.

only thing I liked was the continental breakfast, I was able to eat breakfast prior to heading out for work that morning
no toilet paper on arrival. no towels in bathroom. room floor looked un vacuumed and the sheets had stains on them which looked like the sheets were not washed. tv wasn’t working. we weren’t welcomed with warm greetings, staff seems bothered and as if they did not want ti be there.

We didn't get any sleep, there was running in the hall way, door to stairway was getting slammed like every 5 minutes. Sofa couch was broken, had a hard time pulling out

The location was pretty decent. Breakfast was ok. Scrambled eggs were watery
The sofa mattress was terribly stained. (I took pictures) there were no extra blankets or pillows for the sofa sleep and when I called down to the front desk for more blankets, pillows and towels I was told to come to the front desk to get them. Very rude. The shower head was coming off from the wall. The bathroom was disgusting.

cleaning staff were lovely but the hotel stank of marijuana! It was noisy in the night. Rooms were old and dark. The lady who did the breakfast was very pleasant. But all in all…we did not feel safe in this hotel and it certainly was not value for money. As frequent stayers of La Quinta inn in California..this was very disappointing

Loved the front desk woman. Very friendly, helpful on where to eat and things to see.
After traveling for 11 hours I walked in the bathroom and the toilet was filthy! I had to clean it before we could even sit on the toilet. Not a great way to start your night.
