The place was infested with roaches and black ants not only did I not get the room I reserved and were forced to stay in a room with only 1 sleeping accommodations when I paid for 2 but got 1 one that was not even cleaned to the point no b.s. my 2 year old had found some ladies personal massager in the shape of around a foot long male reproductive organ between the mattress and headboard overall it was disgusting i had to have somebody come pick up my son for the week because I got tired of him chasing ants and roaches not to mention had to re wash all my bedding because it was not changed from the previous guests I will never stay here again if I didn't arrive in town so late and had time to make accommodations elsewhere i would of not even stayed 1 night I rate this place a negative 2 stars way better cleaner and more accomidating places to stay in that very price range If you are looking to stay here I would advise your car in a walmart parking lot over this place

The room I almost stayed in was clean.

The check-in procedure is a two stage thing and that is not made clear upon arrival. When I was given a room key I assumed that was it, check in all done. But...the office is closed at 7:00pm and since I “checked in” after 6 and had been approved to do so - by the time I realized there was this 2 step check in, the office was closed and they threw me out literally into the street. The staff was intransigent, and quite rude in my view. I also find it ridiculous that any such facility not have a 24 hour desk.

Office closes at 7 so don’t book this place if you have a late flight . Unprofessional , left us on the street to sleep after prebooking the stay. No where does it say that if you come past 7pm that you’re late and they’ll cancel your whole reservation ! Spend a few extra dollars and book somewhere else .

it was a very nice little suite with lots of storage and a kitchen.

I didn’t like that the reception didn’t open till 11am everyday and we received no room service during our 8 night stay.
