overall property is nice.

I booked month in advance, drive 8 hours to show up to my reservation cancelled due to technical error with new system…. and that they can not provide keys as there card system is down. so 1 person is in charge of unlocking rooms for the entire building/ guests. very inconvenient. after telling them not to bother with finding another room for us, I was charged the full amount for stay… would NOT recommend this establishment.

Good location

Bed was a brick. Water in bathroom sink barely drained, no ice machine, breakfast was a joke, chicken were playing on top of breakfast counter, no staff at front desk, sealed bar of soap for shower so old, it was mush, no housekeeping services were provided , kitchen sink fixtures not secured to sink, all this for a great bargain of $200 a night

Waited 15 minutes to check in, no worker at the desk. Reserved a King, got a queen. Dirty Hotel, and Dirty, unkept rooms. Stayed with wife and kids, my wife opened a drawer and found used condoms!! Stay far away from this place

The breakfast was very good and the location was perfect for my needs. I'd very stay with you guys again if I'm back in the area.

The room was a nice size, that's about it. The pictures on the website made it appealing, but we will not stay there again. For what we experienced with the room, it was overpriced.

We checked into the first room after a night out in Salem and the bed wasn't even made, most likely sheets weren't changed either. The staff accommodated us and gave us another room. In the second room, the bathroom was dirty with crud around the drain in the tub, there was a spider in the tub and a large wad of what looked like pubic hair on the floor in the corner of the bathroom. There was some type of white stains all over the floor by the sink. I wasn't too thrilled about laying in bed and being able to look out the window or have someone watch me while I slept. The shades were drawn but based on where the bed was and the fact that the shades didn't go to the edge of the window allowed anyone walking by the ability to look in and see us sleeping. Also the dead bolt on the door and the security latch didn't work. Not staying here again.

The lady that checked us in was absolutely fabulous. I also really liked the size of the room we stayed in.

I didn’t like that the shower was so gross and moldy!! I didn’t like that there was a lot of arguing going on in close proximity to the hotel, leaving Neto believe we weren’t in a great part of town. When I came to the raking lot the next morning there was a lot of trash thrown out of a few different cars in the parking lot (which was in the parking lot for the next 5 hours until I left the premises,) still nobody had cleaned it up. I was very disappointed about the “free breakfast” that was very far from any breakfast offerings I had experienced. I really didn’t like that there was no coffee maker in the room, especially considering it is an extended stay.

The place was clean & comfortable. The front desk staff was especially welcoming and helpful. Thank You Jackie & Jennifer!!!

The location was the only positive.

It was old and run down. The was noise is the halls all night long.

Stunk of cigarette smoke. Noises at night Shower was horrible for handicapped person. Would never return!
