The breakfast was good and the location was ok

There was no hot water in the room. The air conditioner sounded like a boat motor taking off. It was supposed to be pay atrhe location and when we got there the rooms were already charged and I planned on changing cards. Also we needed to cancel the 2nd night because we had to go to a funeral and were told we couldn't do that. Towels were top small even for my 12 year old

Everyone was so friendly. Breakfast was great. Bathroom was spacious. Maya (I hope I got her name right) at the front desk was so very friendly.

Plenty of room, kid friendly, the front desk is always helpful and kind, plenty of breakfast options, indoor pool

We stayed there for three days and the room was never cleaned once we had to use the same towels I even let them know when we were going to be gone so they could clean and they never did was not happy

Location, beds, breakfast

Traveling with my disabled daughter is a challenge so when the staff could not locate the battery for the pool lift was a disappointment so my wife and I had to get her in the pool from her wheelchair, we're both 60 with back issues so that was bad. For the last week we stayed at a holiday inn express in Albuquerque, everything worked and the staff were checking it daily so that hotel was well run.

We actually didn't have the breakfast because we needed to be somewhere early. We requested the number of towels per room, and this was taken care of. A lot of places don't give you enough towels for the number of people staying.

The only thing that would have been better was if we would have been able to have the room with the walk in shower as requested. Although we had a tub that was good for the disabled, my mom was unable to step into the bathtub and was unable to shower while we were there. Apparently this was a booking.com issue.
