Front desk lady Friday night was super nice, and the guy I checked out with Sunday was nice, housekeepers are definitely doing their jobs and doing them VERY well. The room was very clean, nice and comfortable. Continental breakfast was great too.

The only things that dropped the rating were the lack of hot water in the bathroom and the main reason I booked this hotel was for the hot tub, my job is demanding and I have back problems. I checked in Friday all excited to use it, I got out there and it was cold, I went to my room thinking “okay well I’ll soak in the tub for a while” I turned the water all the way to hot and it was barely lukewarm, so I couldn’t take a bath either. The next 2 mornings were the same ….no hot water, Sunday morning I showered at 5am thinking maybe there would be hot water if less people were up using it…no luck, it WAS hot for about a full minute, then lukewarm :(

Breakfast. The hotel has a strong perfume like odor that was bothering.

Breakfast was good. Had a variety of every thing and tasty. The rooms were kept clean.

More vending machines with chips, candy sandwiches, cookies, just more snacks only saw drink machines.

The breakfast was terrible. A banana was the best thing there.
