Nice walk in shower. .
Small rooms. Only a single mirror, located in the bathroom. No bathroom vent. No counter space in bathroom. Two beds but only a single luggage table. Shallow sink that splashed.

The bed
Bar below was extremely loud !!. Felt like we were actually in the bar with the live entertainment. Very loud. Was told be staff in an email after I complained that they don't own the bar and can't tell them to keep the music off. Even though the bar is in the same building with the rooms surrounding it. At the very least a partnership between the hotel and the bar exist . So pretty sure they knew or should have known that it would be impossible for a guest to enjoy any time of quiet. Drove 17 hours to reach this hotel talk about a disappointment.

the parking lot was very full with cars from the restaurant and customers from the restaurant we extremely loud until closing time

the room was clean and the facility was easy access. no access check in. everything went through my phone and e-mail.
when having trouble with tv services I was told “you’re gonna have to google it because I have no idea how to fix that”

The hotel rooms were very clean and updated! location is perfect, right off highway and close to many things

The mobile check-in was fast, easy, and straightforward. We came from Long Island, NY. So it was nice to pull in to the parking lot, park, and go ahead right into our room from there.
There was no microwave or fridge in the room. The bathroom did not have a working exhaust vent.

absolutely adored this place. the outside was a bit run down and scared me at first but the rooms are super clean, beautifully redone. a super value. and the attached restaurant was amazing!!!

Room was very clean and modern. Right off the Merritt Parkway. Quiet and calm location. Liquor store & restaurant downstairs

The bathroom was a good size. Two bottles of water were provided. I was provided with ice before checking out.
Nowhere to put the luggage. No refrigerator or microwave. The room had a strange smell but I was able to open the window to air it out.

The room was fine, clean enough, comfortable enough
We were woken by the fire alarm in the middle of the night. No staff were ever present to let us know if it was safe to stay in the hotel or not, or to go back into the hotel after we went out. I've emailed the hotel both directly and through Booking.com and have had no response, 10 days later. The lack of customer service is shocking. We have stayed here several times before but won't stay here again - it doesn't feel as though safety is a priority for this hotel.

The fire alarm went off one night

Room was tidy and comfortable
The fire alarm went off at midnight and there was no staff on duty on the premises to deal with it. We had to call emergency services ourselves, and communicate with the firefighters who arrived. There was no staff present. No one knew if there was actually a fire in the building or not. The fire alarm continued for over 15 minutes even though there seemed to be no fire at all - though of course we didn't know this at the time. The children are traumatised.
