It was a beautiful experience. The layout of the breakfast.the staff came around to make sure there was enough, if something was low, they would refill A.S.A.P.

The staff was nice and helped us find a solution

It took so long to find a solution - we had to change room 3 times - first time, the AC was not working, second time the mattress was very badly worn, 3rd time the fridge was not working.... the final room was ok, but very dirty. I had to clean it myself while my family rested, because having someone from the staff to enter the room after this long time of adapting would be too much on my family.

Asesó me hotel. Romos were spacious, renewed, super clean.

The breakfast was good they even had fresh baked cookies at check-in which my four-year-old definitely appreciated The room was super clean and beautiful

The heating in the room could've been better because at night it would still get chilly even though we had the heat cranked up when I spoke to an employee in the front about it he said that apparently it has a motion sensor and if It doesn't sense any motion going on in the room then it turns off which is kind of A good and bad idea because yeah it saves energy but then you'll be freezing at night cause yours sleeping.
