The location was great with all the local restaurants. The convenience of multiple keylocked doors to access rooms more directly was great. The staff was friendly, helpful, and responsive. We had an issue with the room and the management reached out to us after an initial phone call late at night- we didn't have to chase a resolution. The hot coffee with breakfast was delicious and fresh. The recent renovation was attractive and soothing.

Recent renovation included, apparently, painting the bathtub. The paint was not dry in the jacuzzi tub which defeated the purpose of the tub, although management DID handle this issue to our satisfaction. The free breakfast was well stocked but the selection was disappointing - no hot food or fresh fruit. Even oatmeal packets would have been appreciated.

Our room was promised for 3 but wasn’t clean til after 5. Mirror in room wasn’t cleaned. The rest of cleaning was okay, a few hairs in the bathroom though.

To be Reg clerk missing for15 minutes. 1st room used and dirty. Second room had what apperared to be semen on wall and chair.

Shopping, restaurants, and the highway are all in close proximity. Staff is very friendly, quick to answer the front desk phone and available round the clock. Smoke alarms work (it's a non-smoking hotel and someone was smoking in their room at 12:30a.m.).

Breakfast was very "light" continental, mostly sugar and carbs (no eggs or bacon or protein). A long section of baseboard type trim was stripped off the wall alongside one bed and nails were left exposed. Mold growing in the top corner of the shower. Coffee maker was broken, but the front desk gave us a replacement.

Had to change rooms due to lack of cleanliness only to be put in another unclean bathroom. Thankfully Shae from the front desk came and cleaned the bathroom despite it not being her responsibility. She went above and beyond to salvage my birthday stay. The GM did eventually call me to sort things out, but it made a very stressful start of my birthday and I wasn’t able to relax like I wanted to.
