Bed was nice. Had laundry facility. Large room. Had games we could rent along with other neat items in a cool share cabinet.

There was mold in the coffee pot on old coffee, there was old coffee in the pot, and grounds in the filter. And mold in the washing machine.

Easy to get to and the room was very clean.

Check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 p.m. but I wasn't able to get into my room until 8:00 p.m. because rooms weren't clean and available. Staff was able to rectify that with compensation so it wasn't a totally bad experience.

Even though they was short staffed, they did a great job getting a lot of rooms together and getting in touch to ask about any changes that may need to be made. They made sure to get in touch with us as soon as possible about an issue with the room we booked and helped us get a suite at no extra charge and still got us checked in on time.

No sheets on the suit fold out couch. Had to come down in the middle of the night to get sheets. We did have a room upgrade to a suite but we had booked a double queen months ago and they called to say they didn't have any more on the day we were arriving even though I had checked they booking a couple days before we came.

Great bed, water pressure in the shower was excellent and didn’t even know I was getting a kitchenette, even a dishwasher.

Upon checking in I was given a room that was not clean. I walked in and a rancid smell hit me and my 5 year old daughter. I opened the fridge and saw an old sándwich had been left. after walking around I checked the garbage under the sink was not cleared and old packages of used raw meat were left. I called down to the front desk and was asked to sit the trash out in the hallway. I advised that I would not be touching anything and was advised someone would be up. The smell became unbearable so I got my belongings and went to the front where I was provided a new clean room.

This was the quietest motel I have ever stayed at. We usually can hear people going up and down the hall or people upstairs from us but we heard absolutely nothing. Slept like a baby.

Paying for parking so far from out of town.

Great location! We love the kitchen in the rooms. we stay here all the time when we visit! always a great stay.

The beds are a little harder than I remember.

had to pat for parking-there was no where else to park and you had to pay to park in their parking lot when it was clearly just for their guests

Cleanliness

When booking on the web you are not informed of a lot of hidden fees, at check in your hit with sign this and that if you don’t sign they won’t give you access to your room you’ve paid for in advance so you have not choice because your so far away from home.

the $10 price for parking

The staff sucks . They called me twice to see if i had an animal in my room which i didn’t and then they called to ask if i checked out or would i be staying another night after i checked out that morning around 8:30am .

The property was clean and the room was nice.

I didn’t like that after checkout i had to call to see why I received a $200 cleaning fee. They told me because we supposedly burned holes in the pillowcases and pillows. We went above and beyond to make sure that room was cleaner then we found it. I went down stairs and got a big trash bag to empty all the trash cans because I never want anyone to think we’re dirty. I’m disappointed that they would lie and what should have been a stay for $154 turned out to be $500.
