The breakfast bar was outstanding!
Lots to choose from and very clean.
The fire alarm went off at 1:30am and 6:30am.
Totally unacceptable. A false fire alarm should never happen!

Que éramos 4 personas en la habitación y solo me pusieron 3 toallas de ducha.
Que no me hicieran la habitación al día siguiente....sonó que la hacen cada dos días. Y que cuando me cambiaron las toallas volvieron a colocarme 3 en vez de 4

Eva at the front desk and Mike the GM were great! They treated us very well.
The bathtub needed to be cleaner. We found some hairs in the tub when we got there.

The location is close to where I go.
I stayed in this hotel 4 years ago. It was very clean back then. But this time, I'm disappointed about the cleanness, especially the bathroom. The towels in the bathroom seem being used for many years without changing once. They are really old and need to be trashed. The hotel seems not very well managed and I can see overall the quality has declined significantly compared to 4 years ago.

I really liked the provided Dove skin & hair products & the large room!
The evening staff was hard to find. Handprints along the wall next to one of the queen beds made me uneasy but the sheets looked fine. The floors could have been cleaned more...

Best breakfast on our road trip!

It was a hot breakfast that exceeded my expectations. The room, hallways, and public areas smelled AMAZING. I had little interaction with the staff but I witnessed interactions with other guests and they were super friendly. I did not use the pool (too cold outside) The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were extra soft. We found alot to watch on TV.
I didn't experience anything that could have been improved. It was an excellent stay.

What I liked about my stay here at the holiday inn express was the customer service. The cleanliness of the facility..the staff here are very polite...The bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast was prepared and set up well. I felt safe here..I was able to relax in a peaceful environment after my business meeting..I definitely will stay here again and refer others as well.
What I didn't like is minor...I stayed on the four flour which I like but the ice machine was on the 3rd floor. Other than that I would still stay a this hotel.

We had a pleasant stay. So-Fo was good, tv was nice & large, and mostly good reception (it was a cloudless night, so we couldn’t understand that). The fridge was handy, but there weren’t enough regular coffee pods.
Breakfast was great, good choices, bacon was perfect, & those sweet rolls-delicious.

I didn’t get to have a cup of coffee before I went down stairs. There were two decaf & only one regular pod. Don’t most people drink regular?

Comfy bed, nice pillows... modern design room and hotel layout. Super nice shower pressure and hot water.
90% of "included" breakfast, NOT provided which sucks, Luckily waffle house close enough. Comforter multiple holes, wall paper in bathroom by shower pulling away and marks on walls... attention to details are important.
