Location, balcony, view

Lots of maintenance issues that need to be addressed, cleanliness, musty smell

Great amenities, very clean. Easy parking. Well furnished. The elevator to the 3rd floor was a pleasant surprise. Easy check-in and check-out. Great view of the Laguna from the balcony.

The complex is huge, so amenities are quite a walk. Both the pools and the beach. If walking is not your thing, this might be a problem. On the other hand, you can always drive, parking is ample everywhere.

Great area. Beautiful view of the bay from the balcony. Very nice unit.

The TV in the living room do not work. The bed TV worked just fine.

It was very nice and clean.my favorite the peace and quiet. I also love the distance from seawall and still was at the beach. I appreciate the safety and the things that was offered like the hottub the pools gameroom fitness center. Everything was very convenient. Thank you so much for everything. Definitely would book again with you guys.

Location is very quiet and peaceful. Kitchen is well-stocked for in-Condo cooking.

Listing did not accurately depict distance from the Condo to the ocean and/or pool. There are few amenities available within a short drive, and most all restaurants are closed on Mondays. Floors throughout the Condo were very dirty - unacceptably dirty considering COVID cleaning measures were supposed to be in effect.

The different pools were fun. The view from the property was amazing.

Had to drive a ways to get to grocery store or places to eat but we didn’t mind the privacy/ quietness of the location. Didn’t love the pullout couch. Mattress was pretty worn out and uncomfortable. Had to pay money to access pools which seems silly to me. Should be included in the with the stay.

They asked us to leave the premises due to a window being broke which me nor my wife caused.
