O/10 on cleaning, stained towels, AC can't go lower than 72, I've waiting 16 days to get my deposit refunded and today they say I need to wait 10 more days, house don't even have a grill they charge you by the day for using the grill (we already rented houses in the same complex and they don't charge you for using a grill), they have signs everywhere saying “take care of our house". That's a vacation rental house but when you're there you file like you're living with one of those Karens.

we found two towels stained in the bathrooms and also had few towels. the tv in the living room wasn't connecting to Wi-Fi so we couldn't use it. the pool light was not working. there was no sponge in the kitchen we had to buy it. the living room sofa had lots of dirt stains. this was a good house, we didn't want to keep calling anyone to tidy things up because we didn't want to be annoying guests but it would be nice if you tidied these things up. They exchanged our house a few hours before check in, for a similar one and in the same condo (but did not have a view of the lake). We rented a separate grill and made delivery only the other day and after much insistence, we made several calls, went to the office and no return. But after several messages in the chat someone answered us. The house was very good, all new and with good quality, but it needs more attention in cleaning, especially in the dust, the window curtains, baseboards, ceilling fans were very dirty, there was no towel in the kitchen

The beds were very uncomfortable and made noise if you turned on your side. The pool pictures a large version and was only a 4ft pool very small. Advertised two full beds and queen beds but actually got two twin beds and a full.

Very spacious two story home, clean home and clean pool, beautiful view of the lake. Very close to restaurants, Disney, Universal Studio and water parks. We stayed for one week with 4 kids and 2 adults, plenty of room for everyone.

Maintenance sucks, the tub water took forever to go down, AC set at 72 degree and it won’t go down, shower water won’t get hot, the alarm kept going off (annoying). Pillows are cheap ( thin), sleeping was uncomfortable.

Beds were very bad, very squeaky, all 4 rooms

2 tvs without cable and no boxes, had to email them for to install a safe, bbq was not there till a day later, when arrived 2 tvs were not there.
