The hotel was exactly like they say on their webpage! Normally when you book at a hotel, you brace yourself that the pictures no longer represent reality or the hotel ad has just taken it too far. I am happy to say that at Frankensteiner we got exactly the 5-star experience they promised. Thank you so much for making our hotel stay such a wonderful experience. Your attention to detail and kindness made us feel right at home.

Nice pool area. Direct access to the beach. Big room.

WIFI did not work for almost two entire days during my stay. I had to do some work and attend business meetings online during the stay with family so that was incredibly frustrating. I kindly asked for compensation or at the least ability to cancel and get refund for the last night. The hotel management was not open to that, was offered some sort of "voucher" option that I personally did not like. Lack of customer centric attitude. Service in the restaurant and bar is not up to the standard of the hotel. Very slow and unresponsive.

the hotel's location and facilities are truly exceptional. The breakfast is excellent.

The hotel is pet friendly, they offer a package for each dog, which we were told at check-in, but our dog didn't get anything at all, even though the payment was €30 per night.

The look of the hotel is amazing, the decor really beautiful, the staff all very friendly and helpful from the front desk to the valets, cleaners and restaurant staff. All spoke many languages which is commendable.

We were not aware that the hotel also caterd for the apartment residences next door. That meant that there were sometimes too many people for breakfast. Also that the pool area was permanently full and it turned impossible to find sunbeds. The menu options at the beach bar was a little limited,

The breakfast and dinner were plentiful in selection and satisfied all needs! I think everyone will find something to their liking and taste. Not to mention the serving and service! I sincerely recommend it to everyone!

General experience. There will be 4 welcome drinks But the staff still gave us a receipt. In the end, we raised an objection when we checked out, and the front desk still had to refute it. So I want to ask why do you still give us a drink card?

Rooms, breakfast, beach - all was perfect

a bit to far away from the city center ( 2 km) and biciclets where with some issue with the sit( didn’t stay fix) , but was a plus to have them

Good clean hotel with high quality rooms and good swimming pool, and access to beach. They also rent bikes for free so that you can explore je solo. One big plus is the staff. All are kind and professional. Specifically the staff in the buffet restaurant are working very hard and remain friendly at all times

Price is a bit on the high side Parking should be free for these costs.

AMAAAAZING Breakfast Great staff. The hotel, the beach, the pool = perfect

size of the pool. maybe a bigger one would have have been better. But again, was very good.

Food is in general exceptional, very nice pools, own beach with reserved sunbeds, free bikes and SUP to take, proper everyday room cleaning. The childcare in the kids' club was outstanding, our son could not wait to go there. 22kw destination chargers to charge your EV for free.

Bedroom window was super dirty from outside, apparently never got cleaned (they'd need an external lift for that, but still...). Room service was changing towels multiple times a day, rang us up once even at 10pm. The takeaway breakfast they prepared for us on the morning of departure was a bit of a disappointment, especially considering how good the breakfast buffet was.
