The hotel location is fantastic with everything - station, arenas, castle etc a short walk away. The staff were really friendly and helpful with any queries we had. Our room was larger than we expected and really well appointed. We had a great nights sleep as well. The selection of food available at breakfast was amazing and kept well supplied by a really friendly team. After our recent negative experience at a Radisson Blu in London we were concerned that we'd experience similar issues but the difference between them was like night and day and our stay was wonderful.

The Nespresso machine wasn't in our room but as we don't drink coffee that wasn't a problem. There wasn't anything we didn't like really. Couldn't have asked for a better experience when staying away.

Carpet was stained, room needs update, breakfast was low budget. Therefore the price is way too high.

The room wasn't upto standard, carpet was stained in a few places, wardrobe looked like it was 40 years old, the bedding had holes in it

We stayed in an accessible room as my Num is registered blind. The room was lovely and spacious which allowed her to move around safely.

However, it was mainly to accommodate a wheelchair user. A sight impairment needs a well-lit room, preferably natural light. The window was small and the lighting was subdued. The wet room was a huge hazard for my Mum as she couldn’t see the water all over the floor. There were no surfaces in the bathroom to store a single item.
