Fantastic location. Good value for the money you pay- budget friendly. Breakfast place view are good. Easy to walk to Pantai Cenang beach.
Breakfast wasn't great, but staff's helpful attitude made up for it. Pool isn't great- am not sure how often it is cleaned. My child got serious ear infection after swimming in the pool, and had ear pains and we had to go to doctor. Families with kids especially please take extra precaution if you must use the pool. The reception staff for some reason look upset all the time and don't have a welcoming smile. Few suggestions for improvement.

room is spacious
the date we arrived the lift is under maintenance. no complimentary from the hotel. our room is on 3rd floor, a lot of luggage and with a child. the room got thin wall and we got complain about noise. our child play in a room.

Freshwater pool not mentioned (?) here but does exists as well as rich buffet breakfast option with rooftop panoramivlc view!

Déjeuner froid café infecté ,cereal passée date avec lait chaud ,pas wi fi ,pas piscine ,et 211 chambre comme dans l’ascenseur tout la nuit ,

Super easy and quick check in, large rooms, comfy bed. Basic but clean. Great location and very friendly staff. Good WiFi.
Breakfast was terrible. No fruit, no juice. Really, really average. Pool not open, says cleaning but was the same on 2 one night stays 3 weeks apart.

Great location with sea and sunset views. The room was on the 5th floor and had a very big balcony. The location is in the centre of the beach and strip with shops and restaurants very close. The sunset restaurant was a nice place to eat and the breakfast was cooked fresh and very tasty. The staff was all very helpful and friendly.

rooftop bar isn’t a bar, breakfast very poor, pool decommissioned and doesn’t look like it will be usable any time soon

The location is strategic, can see the beach. Walk distance only to go to beach and restaurant. Room also consider spacious.
Much better if the toilet wall can be clean as well. During my stay got issues with water supply in langkawi so we cannot use the pool. Thats only my regret.

Very strategic location. Walking distance to Cenang beach and food places.
I was expecting a ‘sea view’ view but I got to see much of building’s roof instead. Maybe because my room was at level 2, view might be better if I stay at higher level. But still ok, I like it.

The location
The facilities are lacking. There is only one iron for our floor so people are queuing for turns. Not only that, as our schedule for the day is quite packed, we got up early to iron but there is no light at all at the ironing place, no lights on at all at the corridor. We opt for this hotel because people are praising the sunset view from the rooftop but turns out they close the place, no access, since a while ago because of renovation/no tenant and it does not mentioned in the website. We are very disappointed.

Perfect location with only just a few steps to thw beach. Clean and spacy rooms which is not a garantuee within Langkawi as we have heard from other tourist.
The breakfast which is in cooperation with the hotel opposite of the Royal Agate beach hotel. The breakfast was only 15 RM but it waa very simple. Only nasi lemak, orange juicy drink, toast bread and pork meat.

The hotel was just a walk away from small shops, eateries and pantai cenang beach. Price was cheap and reasonable

Location is good and central, there is a swimming pool and a car park.
Overall, it is a decent hotel, with clean rooms. You get what you pay for.
This was our second stay and we were very disappointed that the rooftop restaurant is closed so no breakfast / evening drinks and this was the main criteria for us to come back as the rooftop view was very nice. The room is noisy, late doors slamming.
